Devlyn Optical

This place is fantastic! They’re right on the corner of the HEB plus in Leander, Tx. I noticed them a few weeks before I had my eye appointment. I didn’t waste anytime I went straight there. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They help you choose the frames that are in style, and that fit your personality! I’m super picky and in a matter of a few frames With the help of the staff, I found the perfect pair! They do so much more than other eye places Ive been too. They measures the distance all around your glasses so they fit your face perfectly, I was very impressed. I was in and out in a matter of 3 minutes when I went to pick up my new glasses. Everything that was needed was done at the first appointment! I will definitely be back.

I am not sure why I waited this long~!!! The star is for the friendly smiling person who greets me every time I go to Devlyn. I live in Leander and try to shop local. I first purchased eye glasses in October from Devlyn. They were not sitting properly and there were many issues with the pair of glasses, so when I returned for the second time to have them adjusted, Deborah suggested that they make a new pair. They did and I only had to wait ten days after waiting two weeks the first time. I finally thought the issues were corrected before Christmas and the lens popped out once again. I stopped counting after stopping in to have the glasses fixed (and being asked «what are you doing to them?») I was particularly careful with them and used the case that was given to me and STILL had issues, not as frequently but glasses were not good. The regional manager called me, (as there was another issue with sunglasses but they were under the insurance plan) to tell me that she would look at the glasses when she was in the store on Tuesdays. On March 11, I was out of town and the lens popped out. I was fortunate to find and eyeglass center in Kissimee Florida, who fixed the glasses temporarily. Upon my return to TX, I finally broke down and ordered glasses at my former eye glass place, VISIONWORKS. They helped me, as if I had never left them and made sure the glasses were right for me and even helped me to get a copy of my prescription. I am waiting for the glasses to be made, and hoped the Devlyn glasses would last another week (and BTW they ARE NOT Cheap) and long story longer… I am writing this with old lens that are not the correct prescription. Do yourself a favor, go to an optical place that knows what they are doing.

Great prices… the opticians are professionals and very friendly. Will be back for my next pair of glasses :)

Went to Devlyns for the first time and loved the staff! Didn’t have to wait and immediately found a frame which is the most difficult part for me getting new glasses. The prices are reasonable and the finished product was amazing. I generally have a difficult time with other eyeglass stores. They definitely won my business and hope they get yours too
