Love Wash n Roll! So fast and convenient! Washing my suburban by hand is way too time consuming. Love that I can drive by when I have a few minutes and leave with a clean vehicle.

Super fast and friendly car wash. I love the free towels and spray. Occasionally they’ll run a surprise promotion with upgraded wash or free air fresheners. Folks working here seem to like their job. Even if there are 5 cars in front of me I seem to get in the wash within a minute.

Just came here for the first time in my 2 week old Jeep. They told me the wash had been broken earlier but it was fixed. I paid for a «high roller» I go thru and realize it didn’t really rinse well and assume the employees that dry and clean the tires would take care of it. I also realize after the fact they did not remove my antenna… I pull into the self serve vacuum area and pretty much washed my car myself with their wet towels. Will never go back. And I tipped them $ 5 to get out and realize it was terrible. Thanks. Good waste of $ 23

I used this Leander location for the first time today, and the employees were friendly, helpful and professional. I got a basic wash, per usual (I’ve been frequenting the location off Lakeline & Little Elm Trl), and afterward used their free air gun and vacuums. My only complaint for would be that the back window of my Nissan Rogue SV was still covered in suds after the wash :(I’ve never noticed it happening at the other location, so I’ll pay attention next time I go to the Lakeline Wash N Roll to see if it’s because of my Rogue’s design or simply this particular Wash N Roll. In any case, I’ll continue using Wash N Roll as I don’t see as good of a job performed at touch-​free places.

I would have given Wash N Roll 5 stars for the great wash, but they get two stars for customer service. When I got the most expensive wash, at the bottom of the receipt I was given an offer to return within 48 hours to spend only $ 18 more and join the wash club. I returned after 72 hours and was told that the promotion expired. I contacted the corporate office via email and I never got a response. I feel from a customer service standpoint they are being very short-​sighted on signing me up for their most expensive wash option just because I was a few hours over. Wash gets 5 stars. Customer service gets 2 (the kids up there are just doing their job and haven’t had any direction on assisting customer outside the box)
I will be taking my business to H2o car wash.
**Update — I have been with H2O for 6 months now. I bought their yearly package. They have great customer service and do a great job on our cars.

First time here and I will be coming back! Quality of the wash = excellent! For context, this wash was prompted by a trip from a round trip to Houston from Austin. All bugs gone and windows/​windshield look great.
There were a lot of wash options ranging anywhere from $ 6 to $ 18 (I think!). Complementary free hand towel dry service. Free access to vacuums, windex, towels.
Heads up: it isn’t immediately obvious which side to enter at.

Very impressed!
I had previously been a customer of Mister Car Wash in CP and was very dissatisfied with the service, which prompted my switch to Wash N Roll.
The employees are super friendly, they line moves fast and they do an excellent job with the hand towel dry & tire shine!

These people are always super friendly and seem to like what they do. They also towel dry the car after it runs they the car wash. Free vacuums and compressed air too. Love it

Went by the other day and the young men working there were very friendly and did a good job. The one who wiped down my truck could have done a better job, but it wasn’t like I paid for a detail. Will definitely go back.
