We came in and were promptly greeted by the owner and was offered«Summer Breeze» tea right from the start. My boyfriend and I love tea but never delved into loose leaf before. The owner and staff were so helpful and nice. We ended up buying cute tea diffusers and went to business on picking out tea. You can buy the ounce which makes about 10 cups. It ranged from 2.00−3.50 an ounce of us… I think. We were pretty surprised over how low the prices were and the varieties. We went through and smelled everything and came out with 9 different types of tea. We brewed some in our hotel room afterwards. Everything we tried has tasted so amazing. Thank you to the staff and the owner for your help and wonderful prices. We’ll be back again.

As previous reviewers have said, it is a small shop from outside in a really beautiful town of Leavensworth but the tea selection, in my opinion, is top notch. Plus you can buy as much or as little as you want from a large variety of teas. I left with a couple 2oz testing packs during my last visit but might very well order things from them shipped to California. Surprisingly, they also had the Jasmine Pearl Green Tea which is quite rare. Very impressive place with unassuming and extremely helpful staff. Thanks!

Enormous selection of bulk loose leaf tea. The prices are reasonable and the tea is really tasty. The sales gal was super friendly and seemed to be knowledgable and educated on the teas. I love that they ship too because I am going to need more if this tea!!!

This place is very interesting. I am surprised at how many different teas they sell. Not only that you can ask for any sample on any tea. Had one of their sample and I have to say its quite refreshing. I am a fan. They do sell tea pot and tea cups but they are not that special. Its a great place to get souvenir.

We bought two teas to bring home with us. Let me start out by saying that the staff was very kind and helpful. No complaints there at all! Now for our tea: The Coconut Chai was pretty good, but if you like any sort of creamy Earl Grey tea, the one they make is not what you want. I love Cream Earl Grey and just ran out of the tea I had from another tea shop, so I was excited to find some more on our trip to Leavenworth. Both my boyfriend and I could barely take more than a few sips before dumping it out. What on Earth? It smelled decent enough but the taste is flat out wonky. I wasted $ 20 buying 8oz of a tea I will never brew again.

On a Sunday I went in and bought a double insulated glass tea tumbler. Used it a few times and loved it. I was leaving Leavenworth, packing the car and set the tumbler down on the floor, the bottom glass shattered. I went in on Tuesday when we were leaving and asked to exchange it. The manager came out and helped us, she said the product had been faulty for a few other people so she proceeded to upgrade the tumbler, gave us the same tumbler that broke but a new one, and threw in an insulated sleeve for the inconvenience. Amazing that she was so kind and giving even though she had no reason to be. Great tea and amazing customer service.

This is my favorite tea store in all of the valley! The chocolate teas are my favorite but you can’t go wrong with any of the flavors they offer. I wish they stayed up a little later.

Stopped by here yesterday on our jaunt to Leavenworth… Just wanted to check it out and wound up with a handful of new teas and mate’s…Really great service. The girl who helped us(I think her name was Chelsea) recently injured herself and was hoping all over the place helping us out. I almost felt bad for making her do that, but she was really helpful and giving us lots of suggestions. Not overly salesy either, which I appreciate. We also picked up some awesome infused sugars and spices. Yes, they have a ton of spices there now… Check it out. The owner said they started carrying them in June. Chelsea even gave me a recipe for some awesome chili to use that she’s tried out and liked. We look forward to trying everything out. Thanks for the great service and educating this newbie on teas.

This place is my favorite! I never knew how much I would love loose teas… it always seemed like a pain, but I’ve realized it’s really easy(and not messy). I purchased a cute, collapsible tea steeper here during my first visit, and the next time I went back I bought all they had for gifts! I looked it up on Amazon to see what they were selling for, but it was actually cheaper at Cup and Kettle. I love all their tea varieties, especially the sweet or fruity ones like Strawberry Sundae and Chestnut. Their tea flavors blow store-bought bagged teas out of the water. I always look forward to stopping here between wine tasting visits! Very friendly staff. I always leave here feeling happy!

This tea shop is spot on. It’s much bigger than it appears from the sidewalk and has a large selection of teas in every variety along with kettles, candies and mugs. They also have honeys and various accoutrements that go with tea. The place as shiny clean and highly organized. Everything was easy to find. The staff was friendly and happy to help. We were asked by a few different employees how we were doing. If you’re looking for tea, this is the place.

Some great tasty flavors in here with samples as you walk in. We tried a few and left with the«Wild Wild West» flavor. The helpful staff gives you great tea tips too!

I couldn’t think of a more fitting place for my first review of 2014. Cup and Kettle is a classic tea-shop that has more than just your average teas on-hand. Along a with a mix of Chinese and Japanese blends(Dragonwell and Genmaicha) C and K also has a variety of herb blends. So far my favorite is «Spit the Pit,» a black oolong with dried cherries. You can also get you«tea gear» here. Cup and Kettle is a nice surprise in downtown Leavenworth worthy of a return visit!

While on a sister’s weekend in Leavenworth in 2012, we spotted Cup and Kettle and decided to give it a look. As my daughter wanted a tea-party themed bridal shower that was quickly approaching, I was quickly inspired by the many, many choices. My sisters and I quickly realized the place was a jackpot as we enjoyed a terrific sample while we shopped. Cup & Kettle’s friendly and helpful staff helped me leave with several 1 oz., nicely packaged flavored teas. Along with finger sandwiches, scones, and other customary high-tea selections, the shower guests enjoyed the varied and delightful tea selection. Without a doubt, my purchase at the Cup & Kettle contributed to the success of the party.

I wasn’t expecting much when I wandered into this wee tea shop in Leavenworth… or rather, I was expecting a pricey tourist trap with nothing I really wanted. I was pleasantly surprised by their large selection and super-friendly staff! They have over 120 varieties of tea of every kind — black, green, rooibos, herbal tisanes, decaf, you name it. I love the dessert teas, so I went right for the crème caramel, but also ended up liking cranberry cream tea and chestnut tea(a rich, butterscotchy nutty fragrance). So far I’ve tried the crème caramel and chestnut, and both are fantastic. Their prices are similar to any bulk tea shop, starting at about $ 2/oz, and you can buy as little as 1 oz of tea. The employees were helpful and friendly, offering a sample when I walked in(though it was way too hot for hot tea) and chatting about their favorite flavors. They mentioned that the store will be expanding into spices in 2014, so that’s something to look forward to. They also have some interesting rock sugar and powdered honey sweeteners, plus a few teacups and strainers and other accessories. A really cute little store, recommended for tea drinkers!

TEASELECTION!!! We stopped in after coming from The Candle Connection across the way. The employees were super informative of every tea, not to mention they had sampling bottles to smell each tea before buying. On the day we came in they had tasting samples of their COCONUTCHAI, which was AMAZING!!! I ended up buying a couple teas to take home and enjoy. Not to mention they have a website that ships out as well.
