No hours posted, no hours on voicemail and no other information. Standing outside at 8:05 a.m. With lots of other customers running through wondering why a «convenience» store isn’t open at 8 am. And one with a gas station no less. Strange way to do business.

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. Will never go here again, a black eye on the lovely community of Leavenworth, WA. Attempted to buy diesel for my truck and trailer after travelling from Canada. Pump wouldn’t accept Canadian postal code, said to «see cashier». Went inside to find clerk, an elder East Indian gentleman sitting behind the counter clipping his fingernails onto the floor. Asked him to buy diesel, explaining its a Canadian credit card. He kept telling my to enter a zip code. Again explained a) its a Canadian card and b) we dont have zip codes, our postal codes have letters. Gave him the card so I could go out and pump gas(pay in advance) He asked for my ID(thick accent, which is where I think the problems started as some explanations appeared lost in translation) I gave him my DL, and he returned my credit card. I asked him doesn’t he need it to hold onto it? He said no. So I asked«how can I pump without paying for the fuel?» and gave him the credit card back. He stated«you don’t pay right now» I repeated«So I just pump the gas without my credit card swiped?» Not really understanding, I took my credit card back again, he held onto my DL. I went outside. Standing at the pump at my truck and trailer he comes bombing out of the store, and shouting«You not pay?» I said«Pardon?» And he continued to ramble about a «thief» and then threw my drivers license onto the hood of my truck I repeated«I don’t understand whats going on here»(this was now being witnessed by everyone else standing in the gas lanes) and he yelled«You get lost! Go!» I again said«What? I don’t get it??» and he yelled again«GETLOST!» My gf in the passenger seat was stunned. So no clue what exactly went on, I went down the street and spent my US$ 100 in diesel elsewhere. What a fiasco, and a completely unprofessional attendant. A definite shame considering how nice our visit to Leavenworth was. This reflects horribly on the nice people we’ve met along our 3500 km journey through the USA. I also forwarded this review to the Chamber of Commerce. This was the 76 station at the corner of US2 and Icicle Rd. NOT the one down the street in town. M. CADORIN

Quite a large selection of beer and wine. It’s impressive, really. And the prices aren’t bad at all. However, we stopped in because we were staying overnight in town and I forgot my contact lense solution. Thankfully they had one option for that. A giant freaking bottle. And… Once we got it to the hotel room it didn’t have a new case. Boo!!! Oh well. Thats what the cups in the room are for, right? This store has a hot deli, gas, lots of mixers, and snacks. Pretty much everything you need to tide you over until the town wakes up again after the bars have closed. It seems a little sketchy but I thought, over all, the prices were fair for a quicky-mart, and the staff was decent.
