Dan Sanford did an excellent job of answering all our questions about buying a new computer and then he offered to try and answer my question that I had originally set up a Genius Bar appointment for. I thought that was excellent customer service because it saved me an additional 45 minute wait and even if he hadn’t been able to help me (which he did) just the offer was nice in a place of business that is always super busy.
One of my better visits to this location!
