Good service matters and this store doesn’t have it. While I like the other locations of Loft, the staff here is incredibly rude. The first time I experienced having no one acknowledge me, I told myself I wouldn’t return and went elsewhere to shop.
A few weeks ago, I was having lunch nearby and needed to just run in and return something I purchased at another location. I had my fussy infant daughter with me, but all I was doing was popping in and out, plus the staff outweighed the customers. I returned what I needed to and then heard the three women behind the calendar complain about my crying baby before I could even walk out the door.
The Oak Park store might be a little smaller, but it is much better in terms of a positive shopping experience.

Been hooked on loft for a few years now. Ninety percent of my wardrobe comes from here. Their clothes strike a nice medium for the young-​professional woman. Great store for 20 somethings and up. I always shop the sale racks and find great deals.
This location is my favorite, as it has a large stock and isn’t as picked over as the plaza.

Definitely my new favorite place for easy-​to-​wear basics for work. The prices are awesome, their last few seasons have been on-​trend, and the quality seems to be there. Loving the new ad campaigns. I am now officially a Loft girl.
