Terrible service. Sales person is new and alone. That speaks poor management. Waiting over 20 min while she works out her knowledge. Unacceptable. Hope the steaks are better. Will not return ever

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always good deals to be had. My favorites are their stuffed baked potatoes, flat iron steaks, coconut shrimp and hot dogs.
Highly recommend especially when they have their $ 39 package deals.

This location which is on the Barnes N Noble Side of the mall i did not realize was here so i ordered online this is the quality of the food and business review copied from the Zona Rosa store– Omaha Steaks were VERY efficient and i got my orders frozen solid and oh so tasty literally in two days. i’m hooked on the au gratin potatoes tasty baseball sized fluffy potato servings that have a crispy crust. stick in oven for half hour and its the easiest side dish for augratins that i’ve ever had. thier oven roasted Turkey breast was my thanksgiving dinner, the steakhouse and stuffed baked potatoes and spicy marinated pork tenderloins were all excellent but the au gratin potatoes and thier bacon wrapped pork loin chops (yes i said BACON WRAPPED PORK CHOPS i love these people!) are what i love the most. excellent price specials and good food i was very happy with Omaha steaks and when i eat through my winter stash i got here i will be going back to this location to savemyself the shipping fee!
