This store was my best Sprint experience. Our sales manager, Chris Hay was absolutely the most accommodating I have ever come across, even as a 15 year Sprint customer. I tried to make an appointment in advance, but was told that I couldn’t do this on this particular day(Saturday following Black Friday.) I hesitated going, but after signing in(I was #6 on the list) I was waited on in under 15 minutes! Previous sprint stores I have visited have had more than an hour wait! Within a few minutes, my husband, daughter and I all had our new iPhone 6s Plus, and Chris used every discount possible to lower our bill. He even threw in 3 glass covers at no charge. My husband ended up buying his case there, but they did not have the cases that my daughter and I wanted. Maybe a larger collection of cases would have been nice. I live two hours away, but I will always go back to this store –it is worth the drive!

My first Unilocal review, but this place was so bad I had to write one. Avoid this place at all cost. Workers are unfriendly and appear to really care less. They do as little as possible to try to help and get you back out the door. I was having issues with a replacement phone that I received via my Sprint insurance. I called the insurance provider and they sent me back to Sprint. They said the the warranty on the phone is through Sprint. After being redirected to 3 different stores, I finally talked to the repair center at this location as well as an assistant store manager. They advised my replacement phone had water damage. There was nothing they could do and to get another phone I would have to submit another claim and pay another $ 200 deductible. I had the replacement phone for six days before it started having issues, and water was in no way involved. They refused to listen to what I had to say or offer any suggestions for help. They basically said it was water damage and therefore my fault. Never mind it was a refurbished replacement phone… I took the same phone to the Sprint repair center at the downtown location and the repair dept there said there was no water damage to the phone what so ever. This store was very helpful and offered to order me a replacement or advised me to go to the Apple Store, if I wanted a new phone quicker than the 3 – 5 days it would take them order and get one. I went to the Apple Store and they too confirmed no water damage and replaced my phone. For some reason the employees at this location were unwilling to help and did what they could to brush the issue off on someone else. I Will never return to this store and thinking about dropping Sprint all together because of this one store!

My rep set me up with 2 lines, a tablet, and a host of accessories. She was so helpful, she even texted over the course of several days on personal time to make sure I was set up.

I have ben to this store on many occasions and each time they have been helpful and supportive regarding all of the items that they sell and will always step up to help a reasonable person. One TIP I’ll pass on though, most of the accessories that you can get in the Sprint store are available on Amazon for a lot less money and the selection is much larger as well. Just remember that you get what you pay for so the cheapest option is not always the best option.

How is it that a sprint shop sells only one type of cover for their htc evo??? Since they have their new htc 3d, it seems like they have forgotten the needs of the other customers… Utterly dissapointing…
