Wendy’s

This is the worse wends i have been to. I come here in the mornings because its right by my office.
The guy seems like he is high as ever, he always gives me the wrong size coffee. I have to repeat myself multiple times.
they are out of creamer. for over a week now.
i never get a knife when its pretty common sense id need one. also, never get my receipt.
I am done coming to this Wendy’s… its terrible. I’ve given them plenty of chances.

This location was recently remodeled inside and out. The dining area was nicely re-​done, and now has two Coke Freestyle machines, a TV, and a simulated fireplace. I found the service to be friendly, but somewhat slow, when I stopped in for a quick breakfast.

My son and I went through the drive-​thru around 12:45 on a Wednesday afternoon. It was so busy that as we were coming across Roe from 110^th we were blocking traffic trying to get into the drive-​thru line!
We even had some in line entertainment as we witnessed two grown men yelling and waving their arms around about position in line! It was quite a site, as the white van peeled out!
We chose Wendy’s because we were in a hurry to get my son back to school… was it my first choice? No, was it the best burger I’ve ever eaten… No but it was hot, fresh and fast; which is what we needed.
I’m sure I will return if I’m ever in the area under the same circumstances. Will I crave this and make special trips here? No.
But it’s fast food, and that’s what I needed and my #1 with cheese sure hit the spot! Thanks Wendy’s!

You can get a pretty fresh burger here at lunch. Past that it’s just down hill.
I’ve tried to get a Jr bacon cheeseburger on several occasions. They always skip the bacon if I am in the drive thru. The bread is old and hard too… I got the Pretzel burger at lunch and it was wonderful. So wonderful that I decided to get one for dinner (cuz I’m a health nut) but that one was pretty super gross. I couldn’t eat it and that says a lot. Like it had been setting under the heat lamp for a long time.
They are fast… but inaccurate most of the time. Order at the counter and skip the drive thru.
They do have Coke though… and chili sauce packets make everything taste better.

It’s a Wendy’s, and they do Wendy’s food well… Except they were ridiculously short of staff on Saturday.
I went in even though my order would be carry-​out because the line at the drive thru was long. The line inside was just as long… and it barely moved. Three old men actually left before they even got to place their order, perhaps they wanted to spend their remaining time on Earth doing something more productive. It took 25 minutes to get my food. I know, first world problems, but this is supposed to be FAST food.
Ok, so when you’ve waited this long for your food, it’s gotta be hot right? I mean, surely it’s coming straight off of the grill/​out of the fryer… Nope. Fries were cold and the burgers could best be described as warmish.
Dave Tomas would be ashamed.

first of all, they charge more for some items than they do at other locations. really, is there a reason for this? and how do they get away with it?
if the food was better, maybe it would be warranted but every time I’ve been here my order has either been messed up or there’s been an issue while I was ordering. plus the people working there just seem miserable.
this is a place I always question returning to, but when I’m in the area options are limited.

2:30pm (well after the lunch rush) I’m one of two people in the drive through line.
I ordered a #8 which happens to be a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad and an Ice T.
They handed me a drink with a bag. I pulled forward and only saw a salad in the bag?
I parked and brought the bag in with me. I say «Hey I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad.» (What I got was a large salad only)
The girl grabs the bag and runs off. I see her put a wrapped sandwich in a bag and then she calls to me «ceasar salad?» I say yes. She throws something else in the bag. I take the bag and go to my car and open the sandwich. Its a burger not a chicken sandwich. I open the salad and its a house salad not a ceasar. I started to doubt my own sanity at this point. Nobody could get the order wrong twice?! Either I asked for it wrong or all of reality suffered a paradigm shift where chickens are made from beef and ceasar salad is now house salad!
I took a moment to ponder all the changes I’d have to adapt to with large chickens producing red meat and the loss of a ceasar salad.
Then I took a sip of my ice-​T and it tasted like lemonade.
My brain exploded.

I don’t know what I bit into when I took a bite of my Spicy Chicken Go Wrap™, but I do know that it looked like something straight out of my wife’s nursing school textbook — specifically the section on cardiac care.
Whatever was hanging out of my tortilla was chewy, veiny, dark grey, and disgusting.
But man! That spicy ranch dressing was fanTASTic!
