Dazzle Cupcakes

This review is solely for their Vegan red velvet cupcakes. They’re one of the best that I’ve ever tasted! Comparable to some high end vegan cakes in Manhattan, but much more affordable. The also offer a delivery service.
I also tried their vanilla and chocolate (Vegan) cupcakes, and they were miles below average. If you’re thinking of trying something vegan, then go for red velvet only.

Went here today with my daughter to see if we could find a place that made a decent cupcake. We recently had some from another cupcake bakery locally that were not very good. We chose 4 different ones so my two other family members at home could also try something. Across the board everyone loved them. Wonderful icing along with moist and flavorful cake. Nothing to complain about at all. The four we tried were
Key Lime
Vanilla Cinnamon
Salted Caramel
Mint Cookies and Cream
Would recommend all of them. Very happy with what we found today.

Fantastic! We hired Dazzle to provide cupcakes for our wedding. Everything from planning to delivery was top notch. The service was fantastic, prices were reasonable, and our guests raved about every flavor we ordered. Five stars was a no brainer here.

I got cupcakes from them a few months ago. The appearance and decorations were wonderful but I got an assorted amount of flavors and they all tasted like they had the same frostings and very bland cakes. The frostings tasted like butter. Was super disappointed. Might try again.

My wife and I love going to Dazzle whether it is for a sweet treat or for an event. We had our gender reveal party cupcakes made here and it was an absolute hit! The cupcakes were awesome — from taste to how great they were decorated! Not to mention finding out with that first bite whether we were having a boy or girl was very monumental! Our families loved sharing in this joy too! We strongly recommend Dazzle Cupcakes!

I had the Raspberry Pavlova yesterday & it was the best cupcake I’ve ever eaten. The vanilla cakes they use are just amazing! The right texture and sweetness level. Just perfect. Also, recommend the boston cream and mocha.
Wonderful menu that changes daily & delightful service. Dazzle cupcakes is easily the best desert stop in the Upper Valley.

It’s the only cupcake place within the Upper Valley as far as I know, so kudos on grabbing the specialty cupcake marketshare. However, while I thought the cupcake I had was tasty (strawberry with purée in the frosting), it didn’t particularly stand out to me. The interior is cute and the proprietor seems like a nice woman. I also feel like the size of the cupcake is not in line with the price. I’m sorry if I come off as a Fat American. It’s not quite a baby cupcake, but not quite a grown-​up cupcake. I can find larger, more delicious, and more competitively priced cupcakes in Seattle at the ever delicious and lovely Cupcake Royale. But, alas, I’m not in Seattle. I hate to say it, but if I have a hankering for a cupcake, I might go pick one up at the Coop or the Starbucks inside the Dartmouth bookstore.

Not sure why Raquel’s experience was so poor. I love this place. Its nice to finally have a cupcake place in the area! The key lime and the strawberry are the two best, IMO. The strawberry frosting has actual strawberry purée in it. SO GOOD! :)

This is the only cupcake shop near where I live, as far as I know. I’m so happy that Dazzle moved in! I’m a huge cupcake lover, and I’ve been to many of the big cupcake shops in Boston (Georgetown, Sprinkles, Sweet, etc.). I have to say that Dazzle’s cakes are the moistest ones I’ve had!
The peanut butter chocolate is AMAZING. Definitely the best one — my friends fight over them whenever I bring cupcakes to a gathering. I also love the strawberry buttercream, especially since I can taste the real strawberry in it… yum!

I agree with the previous reviewer about the size and price of the cupcakes. The cupcakes were very small for the price. I tried the sea salt caramel. The cake portion was pretty good. The caramel topping was authentic homemade caramel and super delicious. However, for a few pennies more I can get the most delicious and amazing cupcake in the world just up the road in Hanover, NH at Lou’s Restaurant.

I was really hoping that this new cupcake place would be great. My husband stopped and bought six regular muffin size cupcakes for $ 15, which is a small price break from the normal $ 2.75/cupcake price. We tried the mint chocolate, mocha, and chocolate bliss. The cake portion of the cupcake was moist, but nothing super special. Each of the cupcakes had a buttercream frosting that was ok, but again nothing special. The mint chocolate was not very minty. The mocha did have some coffee flavor, but was not an intense coffee flavor. I definitely expected way more from each cupcake considering the price of the cupcakes. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and inventiveness versus the price of the cupcakes. I can buy a cupcake with buttercream frosting anywhere and for less money.
