Lexington Manor Apartments

When I first moved in here everything was clean, the apartment size spacious, things were quiet.
Then the upstairs neighbors started banging around at 1 am, waking me up at 4 or 5 am every single day, weekends as well. I called management (and they are NOT interested in making themselves available to you, you have to hunt their contact info down on the internet, they don’t provide it to you when you move in) and they haven’t been very responsive or helpful.
They say pets aren’t allowed but the hall reeks of cat pee in the summer, not so bad in the winter.
Coin-​operated laundry with no change machines in the basement.
One month I was served an eviction notice in the middle of the month. When I called to find out why I was notified they had not received my check. I insisted I had a copy of a cashed check, they insisted I overnight them a new check. The secretary called me 2 days later to say it was all a big mistake.
So very poor communication and management. Would not recommend overall.
