ABC Tow

ABC was tow service provided through my State Farm policy. They were fast, professional and the truck looked brand new. Driver named Tony provided great conversation on the way to my auto repair shop. Best tow service I have had in Lee’s Summit and I highly recommend them.

I feel bad that I haven’t had a chance to update my review until now, but I did want to make sure and update the fact that I was able to get some things cleared up with the owner of ABC Tow. Under an hour after I posted this review the owner contacted me and apologized for the service I had received. He wanted to make sure that I was charged for what I had been quoted. So he gave me a credit for the difference, and assured me that this is not the type of business he runs. I was very impressed that the owner took the time to look into my issue, and correct the problem. Not a lot of people would do that, and Bryan did. I hope to never need another tow truck driver, but if I do I will be giving Bryan a call.
