Friendly staff, good customer service. 3 stars. Everything is way over priced. That’s because this is a franchise. Go to fedex if you want half off.

I’ve used this location on several occasions. Never had to wait long to be helped. It’s not rocket science. you’re generally just stopping in to drop something off to be shipped. But they have other services as well, packaging, etc. A couple of times, parking was a little bit of a challenge, which is why I give 4 not 5 stars. They close fairly early during the week and on Saturday, so I would rate that as a small area for improvement. They’re solid, though, staff has been cordial, etc. Recommend.
