One of the worst customer service ever. We ordered from them almost all the time at work. Most of my coworkers all like the sandwiches so we ignored the rude delivery people who comes and demands good tips. However, we ordered from them about 3 weeks ago and they messed up 2 of our orders. I called them and they promised to send me a new sandwich and asked to sent back the wrong sandwich. I agreed and got my new sandwich. After 20 minutes or so they called back asking to speak with me. The girl on the phone tells me that the first sandwich they made was the right sandwich and she remembers making it herself. And she is the manager of the place. She didn’t understand how it got mixed up. I told her I don’t either since I ordered BLT on a wheat bread and instead I got turkey sub. She proceeded to tell me I was at fault. Well my fault was ordering from you guys. And we agreed at work not to order from Jimmy Johns anymore! RUDE

Great spot for a good sandwich. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I tried the #1 Vito and was not disappointed. The venue was also clean and well kept. Keeping in the Jimmy Johns tradition it was super fast.

I order Jimmy Johns often online and have it delivered to my work. It’s quick and not too expensive. My go to is the BLT. It doesn’t come with cheese so I add it to my order and pay a little extra. I’ve had 3 of my orders recently delivered w/o cheese. I know it’s just cheese, but I don’t understand why it’s so hard when it’s clearly stated on my receipt(taped to my sandwich). I have called each time this has happened and they’ve credited my account, which is great. I went last night(9⁄11) and ordered a few sandwiches I told the cashier that I had a store credit. The cashier had no idea how to look it up. Several employees went over to help her and none of them could figure it out. I had to pay for the entire order.

Delicious, fresh bread. You can see them preparing the dough for baking. The meats are cold and delicious. Toppings are of a good quality. I can’t think of anything to complain about.

I had the best club sandwich for lunch today. #16 Club Lulu on 7 grain wheat bread. Everything about it was excellent..

The Leesburg location has good food but most of the employees lack good customer service skills. I have been there twice and each time I had a negative experience; subsequently, I will NOTEVER return there! The employees and the female owner are not very friendly at all! The female owner is sarcastic and treated me with a REALLY caustic attitude. The first time I went there, the employees were not helpful and looked at me like I was stupid when I could not find the napkins right away. Moreover, I asked about getting wheat bread vice white bread and they looked at me and treated me with serious disdain. I visited this location a second time hoping that I would have a different experience, but my hopes were thwarted by the same nasty attitudes and rudeness. When I placed my order, I asked for a roast beef sandwich and the female owner quickly schooled or, shall I say, scolded me on how to properly ask for the same sandwich by number! To make it worse, I like a «loaded sandwich» and the individual making it looked at me like I was an ill-mannered glutton! The atmosphere there is oddly negative and full of twilight zone dissonance. «Eek! Methinks not» is correct!

I like having Jimmy Johns in the area, food is great but service is not always the best. There are always soo many employees behind the counter which creates alot of noise in an already fairly noisy place. There are alot of pretty rude teenage/young adult employees. I don’t expect the best customer service when your young because you are learning but I do expect manners when customers are placing their orders(thank you goes a long way) and not carrying on like they are just hanging out. One of the evenings we were there we could not hear ourselves because the employees were so loud behind the counter, maybe a supervisor is needed at night to manage the younger employees. On a positive, very good subs, fast service & very clean.

This Jimmy Johns clearly cannot read their own menu. They left off cheese lettuce and other items on our three sandwiches we bought today. Absolutely pathetic. Not what we expect from Jimmy John’s anywhere in the United States. Including here in Virginia. Get it together or go out of business.

Ordered food for work(employee appreciation day) The staff/delivery guy picked up phone. Took my order. Did not tell us about delivery charge $ 12 or option box lunch that come with cookie, pickle or chips. Terrible terrible service. Called back and spoke to manager and they would not reimburse delivery charge or accommodate our order to reflect box lunch specials. I’m calling corporate.

Probably the cleanest restaurant you can eat in. I am addicted to the Vito, but the tuna was fine as well. The family that runs this place works hard and it shows. For a sandwich shoppe it beats jersey mikes and firehouse subs hands down. Good job!

Fantastic service. Menu is standard Jimmy Johns. I ordered the Lulu and I miss-ordered due to my own fault. The staff was exceptionally helpful in remedying the issue. The un-wich version of their sandwiches is a fantastic alternative to the traditional bread version. Much lighter and equally fulfilling! Would recommend this Jimmy Johns and the un-wich version of their sandwiches to those in Leesburg, especially for those that are looking for gluten-free or low-carb diets.

I am a huge fan of Jimmy Johns sandwiches and will not be knocking them on this review. My 1 star is based solely on this location. I live in Leesburg, and they WILLNOT deliver to me. I have young children and it’s not always convenient to load them up in the car for a sandwich. I actually made my way to this location last Fall, and called them from the parking lot to see if they could deliver my sandwich out to the car. My kids were both asleep in their car seats. Apparently, they are unable to deliver to the car either. Their customer service is terrible and this policy of not working with customers is no doubt losing them money. I can’t imagine why the owner chose such a small delivery zone(THEY’REKNOWNFORDELIVERY!!!), and I don’t know why the employees aren’t willing to help out customers in order to make a sale. I’m guessing they don’t need money that bad. Truly, I hope somebody over there reads these reviews and makes a change.

I have been here several times. What appears to be a pretty decent sized menu at first glance really is not. They have turkey, ham, beef, salami and tuna. Really that is the entire menu. Lately I have been very disappointed. My most recent sandwich was roast beef, turkey, and avocado spread. There were 2 very thin slices of each meat, a ton of shredded lettuce, and a very, very faint green tinge to the bread which I assume was the avocado spread. I mean it was so faint that I found myself deconstructing the sandwich to see if they had even put some on. That is how I noticed the appalling lack of meat. I was still willing to go there because it IS really fast and certainly seems healthier than a fast food place but then I looked at the nutrition facts. My sandwich had 650 calories, 26.5 grams of fat, 80 mgs cholesterol, and 1660 mgs of sodium which is almost exactly the same as a Big Mac.

Yes the sandwiches are good, but nothing special. It bothers me that they call themselves gourmet, but I find nothing gourmet about them. If they called themselves Jimmy John Deli sandwiches I’d give them one more star. Sorry, I just think there’s much more to gourmet items.

These sandwiches are very good and 9 times out of 10 the sandwich is ready before I’m finished paying. Their potato chips are excellent, especially the BBQ chips. The staff is friendly and they work well together.

My husband and I felt that the store was very clean, which we appreciated. The sandwiches were mediocre, at best. Like other reviewers, they skimped on avocado(such a trace amount, it was a joke). I agree that near-by South Street Under is a far better deal for both quality and quantity.

Spoke to the owner at JJ. She said she agreed the sandwich was sloppy with all that lettuce, but it’s only supposed to have 3 slices of turkey(how is that«overstuffed»?). Also, it’s the franchise’s policy not to give out bags or napkins because if you leave them out, people take too many. The bread is all under 4 hours old or it gets thrown out, but ours may have been overcooked which would explain why it tasted stale. She wouldn’t give me our money back but asked if we could give them another shot; I said no, it was seriously the worst sandwich I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t have it again even for free. Too bad.

This place destroys Jersey Mikes in the great 21st century battle of the sub shop franchises. Really need to try out the delivery service and the capricola before giving a proper review.
