It was my first time getting a spray tan and I had a super great experience! Amazing service. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Totally patient with me as I asked about a million questions. Even on the person I talked to on the phone before even walking into the establishment was super friendly. My tan showed up beautifully the next day, only a little splotchy around my hands but that was my fault for not wiping them properly. Definitely will be going back!

I have never been tanning in my life, besides the occasional lay out in the sun which would always result in a tomato-​like sunburn. So in preparation for the warm weather, I decided to try tanning beds for the first time. I was greeted at the front desk by Marcus, who was super friendly and explained everything to me about every feature they offer. He took the time (which was a lot because I had a TON of questions and concerns) to address every thought I had, and set me up for the most successful tanning plan for my skin tone. Another lady jumped in a couple times, I believe her name was Emily, to give me even more advice on the best skin cream to help keep my tan dark and bronzed and also protect my skin. Between her and Marcus, I felt very confident going forward with tanning. I would definitely recommend this PBT to anyone looking for top of the line customer service.

Very natural color. I have never had a spray tan before and didn’t know what to expect. I tried Palm Beach Tan because it’s up the street from where I live. I was in a hurry because I was getting ready for a 5 hour drive to Wildwood. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and explained everything I needed to do when he took me back to the room. I think I had the Versa? the room was very clean and not too cold. Anyway, the tan turned out to be very natural and even. I will be going back next week before my trip to Jamaica!

I love this place! It is clean, the staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. The only downfall is that so many people go here that they need more beds! Overall a descent place.

Very clean and super friendly. I have been to a couple Palm Beach Tans but these girls are by far the most nice and helpful. They definitely care about you as well as your safety while tanning. Very recommended!

I was headed to Grand Cayman Island for vacation and needed a spray tan. I have had great success before but it was in CT and hand spray (someone sprayed me). I just moved to VA and PBT was the closest around. I have had a spray tan by a machine a long time ago but not in 5 or more years.
After the suggested setting time for the spray I still didnt look tan. I took a shower the next morning hoping it would set more. Still pretty pale. I went on my trip and my friends asked why I didn’t tan before I came! I said I had a spray tan and they laughed…“well, that was waste of $ 50!!‘
Yes, it was definitely a waste of money. Won’t do the spray tan again that’s for sure.
The employees were very nice, helpful and seemed knowledgeable, but I guess she just gave me the wrong advice as to what level to use.

super clean, most beds a fantastic (stand up in room 3 has shitty speakers… but I’m sure they’re fix it). Staff is friendly and mostly have a clue, as expected at a tanning salon. Sad there aren’t more options around here. Decent membership packages. They have 2 coupons on their website, one for 4 free tans and one for BOGO spray tan.
Spray tanning is something like $ 42 but if you get the minimum membership with no cancellation fee it’s $ 29/​month unlimited tanning with 3 upgrade sessions to diamond and gold beds annnnd a free spray tan. You can also «freeze» your account if you’re traveling etc. then they charge you $ 7.50/month during the «freeze» time but when you resume regular membership the money collected goes towards your monthly bill. Overall legit.
They also provide eye protection/​towels. Nice selection of crazy expensive lotions, beware haha.

I know giving a tanning salon 5 stars seems weird but everytime I go here I always have a nice experience. The staff is always very nice and the place is clean. What else can you ask for in a tanning salon
