phenomenal hoagies. I’m from out of town and my brother took me here. great bread, meat, and all the fixings. love it and can’t wait to come back to when I’m back in town. try it, you won’t be disappointed.

First time visiting. Nice place! I had «The Ultimate Italian» for my first experience at RJ’s. It rocked! Lots of meat & toppings, the roll was fresh and soft with the perfect amount of oil and seasoning.
The place was very clean and the staff was very nice. At least three other customers walked in and the staff asked if the wanted their usual, that’s a good sign to me!
Can’t wait to go back and try another sub at R J’s!

Best Baklavas and Cannolis ever! In my opinion. Both are twice the size you would normally receive at a restaurant or other deli shops. The cannoli has a cream cheese fillings (soo good) and the baklava has the right amount of sweetness, flakiness and thickness. I have taste better Italian subs so the review is more so for the desserts! I will for sure come back for the desserts

Freaking delicious deli food and the owner is a pleasure to talk to! Fair prices as well — you can pick up some wine and other goodies while you wait for your order.

I had a classic cold Italian sub from here, loved how fresh all the ingredients tasted. The staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. They’re pretty fast too, so it’s a good place to grab lunch. The atmosphere was pretty lacking though, it was kind of in between a typical bistro and tiny cozy café. Maybe it was the shelves full of groceries.

Found it through Unilocal and it was REALLY good eating. Shared a cold cut sub that was heated to melt the cheese and a meatball sub. Owners are super friendly and we just relaxed and enjoyed a great lunch.
They also sell products with an italian slant. I bought the frozen stuff shells and cooked them in the oven the next day and they were awesome also.
Good times and will definitely be back.

I honestly don’t think they have any real competition in Leesburg. Best Italian sub I’ve had (I always get the Crazy Italian). The bread is just the perfect amount of crispy and chewy, and the meats and veggies have always been fresh and flavorful. Glad to have them here.

The cannolis are awesome. Tonight there was a mix up in our delivery and they rushed a new order over when they figured out the issue with many apologies. Mistakes happen. They totally made up for it.

Best subs in Leesburg. Fresh soft bread, good cold cuts, fast service. Friendly staff. Great array of other deli items and fresh cannolis. The super Deli cannot be beat for quality and price

I loved the food that I got here! The sandwich I got had turkey and roast beef and all of the typical toppings. It was awesome! Everything tasted really fresh especially the bread. I also loved some of the treats and items that you can pick up here too. I got the Funky Fusion dirty chips which were super good (I should have bought a few more bags). Also, the best surprise is that they have Bueno bars!
Overall, I love this place and I would come back again if I come back into town.

First, the food is great. Delicious Ultimate Italian sandwich with prosciutto, capacolla, salami on a 8 inch roll. Onions, peppers, lettuce, dressing and a liberal sprinkle of ground black pepper made the sandwich tasty. Prosciutto is so buttery and the fatty texture is so nice. Someone said they were disappointed with the amount of meat but a Italian like this with robust flavors isn’t about the quantity, it’s the quality. Now pastrami or corned beef on the other hand, more is better! Happy to find a Deli (Herndon) equivalent here in Leesburg. Will be visiting again.

Yeah, not really much to offer in addition to what most others have written. This place has really great quality subs and they will make them however you specify. I’m not a Northeasterner but I know how seriously the various regions take their specific style of sub. The owner, who is there most of the time, seems like he’s pretty familiar with most «styles» and is willing to make your sammich however you want it.
They have an interesting assortment of sodas and chips to choose from to accompany your sub. This would be a great option for food for anyone staying at the hotels just behind this strip mall, way better than any pizza delivery.

I like this place. It has fresh ingredients for sandwiches and a cool selection of items in the store (lots of Italian products).
It’s a bit pricey but the owner/​manager (well I assume he was) was a good guy – he got kind of flustered with my order and then apologized, just explaining that he didn’t want to overcharge me.
The service is also on the slow side but the sandwiches are great. The steak and cheese is my favorite – the bread is very nice toasted.

With many deli choices in the Leesburg area, RJ’s is my #1 choice! They are the only ones who pull it all together for me. The bread is exactly the way I like it, the ingredients are fresh and plentiful, and the service is friendly with a desire to make your sub any way you’d like. Portions are large and they have a great selection of chips and soft drinks. Crazy Italian is my go to sandwich but they are all good. Don’t waste your time at any of the chain store deli’s!

RJ’s deserves every one of these 5 stars, one for each unique speciality Italian Hoagie they whip up MTO style.
I was there for the second time this week today, and was treated great by the managers, as usual, walking out with a huge smile on my face after punishing a regular sized Crazy Italian hoagie.
Bread is awesome, meats and ingredients are fresh, customer first mentality, and just an overall cool vibe. Thanks RJ’s!
