The guest room is a family owned business in downtown Leesburg, VA(near MacDowell Brew Kitchen and Fireworks). They carry TONS of lines and offer great manufacturer discounts. Their staff is lovely and offer wonderful customer service. The guest room is a wonderful alternative to the big chain stores!

Initially I was a little uneasy about purchasing furniture directly from the manufacturer through a store I had never even visited. My concerns were immediately alleviated because this store employs the most helpful, customer-friendly staff I have ever witnessed. Everyone I have ever spoke to at the store has been extremely helpful, polite, and accommodating. They have called me back within minutes in order to answer questions and called me several times throughout the process to give me updates on the status of our order. Not only that, their prices were very reasonable. Hundreds less than I would have paid elsewhere and the delivery fee was minimal. Again, I’ve never even been to the store or their show room, but after this experience I will definitely think of them first for our future furniture needs.

This is my absolute favorite place to search for and buy furniture. They are always accommodating, helpful, and patient, especially with people like me who insist on looking through every fabric sample before making a choice. I have purchased almost every piece of furniture in my home from the Guest Room and will continue to do so. No gimmicky salespeople, they aim to please and are NEVER pushy. Be sure to stop in when they are having one of their floor sample sales. We have saved some $$$ this way. This is the only place near the Shenandoah Valley where I have found reasonably priced furniture with a European flair. All of their furniture is of the highest quality. The store looks very unassuming from the front. It’s in a small building right off of Route 7 with an Amish buggy sitting out front. It shares its space with another furniture store with very boring pieces(mostly oak) from my parents’ era.
