I am very disappointed because all sales at this store are final so you cannot get your money back. Only return for credit store or exchange. I think this is ridiculous. I changed my mind and basically got stock with my purchase. They dont tell you when you buy something and when i said you should give my money back they told me all high end stores at the outlet are like that while i just returned some suits at saks and got my money back.

This is a great store with great customer service. They sell the older line of TUMI, but the quality is the same. Sometimes they will receive the newer items at the end of the season, but if you are ok sporting Tumi Gen 4 then this is the place for you. I have picked up a few pieces of luggage from there since I am a frequent traveler and I have visited the regular store at Tysons 2, but I received the same quality customer service at both. Check in around the holidays for the additional 25% off sales.

It is nice to see a Tumi outlet. They do have good deals on certain sets here at the outlet store and a decent selection of their range too.

There are only two Tumi Outlets still open in the world (the other is located outside the US), so people come from near and far to get their hands on Tumi’s high end selections at a fraction of the cost.
Whether you’re in need of some quality luggage at a good price, or you’re a die-​hard Tumi fan, this place is a GEM.
