My wife and sister-​in-​law found some amazing deals here this weekend. Unfortunately we left the Loft bag outside on the bench and was unable to find it. Through a few strokes of luck… I had left my phone number with the store and a good samaritan ended up turning in the bag to the Loft. Alicia, the store manager, called me the next morning to tell us the good news and offered to ship it to us for free so we didn’t have to make the 2 – 3 hr (round trip) drive back to pick it up. My wife and I were pleased with the attentive service while shopping but even more impressed with the extra effort to track us down and return our purchase during Xmas time — which is usually very chaotic for retailers. 5 stars for the Loft, thanks!!!

I love this place! After having dealt with the employees at Potomac Mills Ann Taylor, this place was incredible. Incredibly qualified employees. If you ask (and sometimes even if you don’t) the sales folks will tell you alternatives for outfits. This isn’t forced conversation; this store seems to hire people who genuinely love what they do or they are extremely happy to be employed and show it.

I make it my business to find all the Ann Taylor stores in a 50 mile radius of me, and I’m glad my aunt had this one on her map already. I was looking for a suit, and there’s no better place to find a suit than at Ann Taylor.
This store has a mighty (ha ha) petites section as well as regular, and their sale racks take up ¼ of the store.
Beautiful clothing, timeless taste, Ann Taylor. That should be their new tagline.
