Always will be my favorite brand! I definitely enjoyed the relocation of the store and how its bigger and brighter than before! Always greeted with the positive staff! Always coming back.

Beware of the store’s return policy. This is a tiny store with very little merchandise. They will not refund money on items returned even with a receipt. The official policy of Vineyard Vines is ” Merchandise purchased at vineyard vines outlet locations is eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted and exchanges can only take place at a vineyard vines outlet store. « I would not purchase from this store.

Vineyard Vines, what can I say… Love this store got some great deals on button down dress shirts, etc. Their shirts are so soft & the neck ties are even softer. The accessories they have such as cute boxers, socks, beanies, gloves and so much more. This is another favorite store of mine next to Banana Republic and when I walk in to the store, it’s like a kid walking into a candy store. Most of my friends love Vineyard Vines as much as I do and gives me an easy way to buy gifts that is more meaningful vs purchasing gift cards. Definitely be going back to the outlet and visit Vineyard Vines.

I went into this Vineyard Vines store to pick up a few shirts one afternoon. Having shopped at many other locations of theirs I expected the experience to be just as pleasant, boy was I wrong! Upon entering the store I was not greeted by any of the employees standing at the register talking, but rather given nasty glares. I continued to shop around and when I went back to try things on one of the ladies said to me «Uhm are you actually going to buy anything or are you just trying these on for fun?» I simply responded with«excuse me?» And she proceeded to say«yeah it doesn’t look like you could wear any of this stuff.» Being an 18 year old girl dressed in shorts and a blouse I was shocked and offended. Absolutely rude to not be taken seriously /insulted by an employee. This store has definitely lost my business.

Don’t shop here if you are pressed for time or on a weekend and want to try anything on. The store has only 2 dressing rooms. For a store that carries women’s, men’s and kids clothing more than 2 rooms are a necessity to accommodate customers. The armload of items I was considering were left on a rack as I didn’t have time to wait on a dressing room line.

While I was excited to finally be able to check out the Vineyard Vines outlet store because I’m such a huge fan of the Vineyard Vines brand and their full price stores, I was underwhelmed upon walking into this store. Despite being in the very busy outlet center, at first, my friend and I were the only other ones shopping in the store, which was a little surprising given how many other people were at the outlet center that weekend. The store looked like it has previously been another brand and was not very well re-purposed to be a Vineyard Vines store besides the fact they stuck the racks of Vineyard Vines clothing in it and stuck a wooden whale on a shelf on the wall. Nevertheless, they had a decent amount of women’s polo shirts, shorts, swimsuits, a few Vineyard Vines tote bags that were much cheaper than the normal retail price, and t-shirts on the racks. It was disappointing that they didn’t have more of the dresses and skirts the Vineyard Vines women’s line is known for. I’m not sure if it’s just because I didn’t time the outlet right or if the store typically doesn’t receive those types of products. When I was checking out I asked if I could get one of the pink Vineyard Vines whale foam hats because I always seem to forget to ask for one every other time I’m checking out. While another girl who worked there kept going on about how they had a huge box of them in the back and how much she wanted one for herself she said she couldn’t give me one. Instead of saying how many they had in the back and how she wanted one for herself, she should have just gone back and got me one from their so-called plentiful supply or said I’m sorry that we’re not able to give those out, rather than keep going on AND on about how much she wants one for herself. She works there, so I’m pretty sure it won’t be that hard for her to get one!
