Selection is small but everything is so good and fresh! Can’t go wrong. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat at Thanksgiving Point this should be your first choice.

Really good food and drinks — but overpriced — particularly the $ 7 glass of juice — a little on the slow side too. Friendly staff though.

Found this cute place on Unilocal and loved the fact I could now find coffee(oooo naughty!!) at Thanksgiving Point so my mom and I decided to check it out. First impression– cute place, lovely ambiance, perfect place for a girls date or a bridal shower. People– this is where they need work. Two ladies were behind the counter. Neither welcomed us and we don’t remember either of them smiling… ever… Customer service is so important in a restaurant experience and they were extremely lacking… The food– We ordered a salad with pear, walnut, chicken, bacon, etc accompanied by a poppyseed dressing and the hummus and corn and black bean salsa with pita. Salad was great!!! Very large and fresh. Nicely seasoned chicken, crisp bacon, lovely spring mix greens. Five stars! The pita was warm and soft on our other dish but I was not a fan of the hummus(my mom liked it fine). The corn and black bean salsa, while satisfyingly spicy, was just OK… Tasted a lot like the«cowboy caviar» you can buy at Costco. I was going to order us some coffee after our meal but when we were leaving the employees were nowhere to be found… Oh well… I stopped by Harmon’s and got some yummylicious Highlander grog coffee on my drive home where my barista’s are always stellar!

A little unknown café serving fresh and healthy food items, snacks, and smoothies. A few steps down from the usually crowded Thanksgiving Point Deli, this is a great place for a nice, relaxing lunch. The fruit plate was very good with a variety of sweet fruits. It’s served with yogurt and agave syrup. The hummus was ok, pita bread pieces seemed a little light.

Good coffee, good food, good atmosphere. I love the house made granola bars, they are amazing. My wife and I come every Saturday to plan our week. The café is clean and quiet perfect for spending our morning together

This is a really cute café located inside Brick Canvas. It has a great patio and a nice view of the some gardens if you choose to eat inside. Easily would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the girls working there provided such mediocre service and were not welcoming at all(ie-no greeting and seeming put out to take orders). Onto the good stuff– the food! We ordered the turkey sandwich, hummus wrap, and the corn black bean salsa/hummus plate w/pita. Everything was fresh and delicious. The pita is doughy and soft and compliments the salsa and hummus perfectly. Hummus wrap was filled with plenty of vegetables. Just a really nice light lunch. The chips on the side are probably the best I’ve had. I usually don’t eat house made chips because let’s face it. they’re just not good. These are delightful. I may or may not have eaten them all. The turkey sandwich was quiet substantial. Plenty of turkey and avocado. The sprouts were a great addition. All round this is a great place for a nice fresh meal. I would definitely recommend!
