This is a great place to grab a quick, cheap, healthful-ish lunch. They have a good variety of salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts. I always get the«Try 2 combo» with whichever two items I’m in the mood for on that particular day. It comes with a side of bread and a chocolate-dipped strawberry and the whole meal sets me back less than $ 10. I’ve always received friendly, helpful and attentive service at this location. This places beats the crap out of the similarly-priced fast food joints in the area.

Not terribly crazy about this location. We live close by and have visited often. The food is always fresh and tasty but the prices are really high for what you get. My husband and I could eat at GoodWood up in Draper for about the same price. The employees are all teenagers who are more concerned with themselves and/or each other rather than helping customers. Our order is ALWAYS wrong, always. They’re also terrible at turning tables or emptying the trash. We usually bus our own table so we can sit down to eat and almost every time I throw my items away, I have to leave it all off to the side due to an overflowing trash can. Being closed in Sunday is pretty annoying as well. It’s Lehi, not Provo.

I’ve been to the location in Provo and was expecting the same quality. Was much disappointed. The chicken Pesto sandwich was soggy around the edges, the new England clam chowder was super salty and runny. The nuts about berries salad had old soggy lettuce and was smaller than the provo location. The tomato basil soup tasted more like chicken tikka masala. The strawberries were tiny, and the baguette was miniscule. Service was fine, only reason it wasn’t a 1 star.

Food is great. Atmosphere sucks. The number of screaming kids outnumber the number of sandwiches 1 to 17. Feels like kindergarten.

Soup and Sandwich was okay. Wanted to try Chubby’s next door but wifey wanted to eat at Zupa’s. When I was ordering my soup, the guy ask me if I want Croutons. I said how much, $.69 was the answer. I said fine but on the side. When I got to my table, I opened the container with the croutons and found 5 pieces… two large … three small halves. I asked an employee to call the Manager. Manny comes by and he is the same guy that served me. I showed him the cup with the croutons and he said yes that is the portion. I said you gotta be kidding me. Over .10cents each? That is the portion he said. He then offered me more but I told him if that is the portion that no need any more. I told him I would write to the corporate. I sent and email to the corporate office but didn’t get a response. With the places to eat, you would think Zupa’s would respond and review their policy on portion size. They need a lesson in customer service. I didn’t need a lesson on portion size. Yikes.

Wow Zupas. You’ve really gone downhill. I came in today and I’m reminded why I don’t come here more. Prices have gone up, service and value have gone down. I ordered a small salad and it was SMALL. Two small pieces of chicken. Very little lettuce. Filled up maybe half the bowl. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back.

SUPER small portions, not worth the $$$ Customer service also messed up our order 2 times, and not happy about it.

I’m afraid not much has changed. Still issues with placing an order. The employees are well trained little robots and lack even the most basic ideas of customer service. Even their politeness smacks of condescension.

Trying to find something halfway healthy. I love salt but the veggie quinoa soup was so salty it was inedible. The salad I got was fresh but the vegetables you can select were very limited. Two soups and two full size salads $ 25.82.

We love Zupas, however, this location is terrible. They’ve gotten our order wrong multiple times and on several items. They rush you through the line and register so fast that you can’t even watch what they are doing. When we notify them of the order being incorrect All they’ve done is apologize and reassure us that they will talk with their staff. After blowing $ 20 on food that had every item made wrong we will not be going back.

I had been here previously… and my last visit was as good as previous. Perhaps just and off day. I have the wild mushroom soup. It tasted like someone dropped and entire bag of salt into the batch. Good for a quick meal. Another meal like the last and I’d give it 2 stars.

I love Zupas. Service with a smile and your order is ready by the time you reach the cashier. I appreciate the bread and chocolate covered strawberry included with every meal. I recommend the nuts about berries salad but substitute spinach for lettuce. I also recommend Wisconsin cauliflower and veggie quinoa soup. I often order the crème brûlée.

This is a good place to grab a quick lunch, or quick bite anytime of the day. I won’t come here on a date, it looks cheap. The Crab Avocado Melt is delicious! I don’t like my sandwiches dry and this particular one is not it. In fact, you need to eat this fast because the avocado melt will start to make the bread a little too soggy if you wait too long. I mean, how long does it take to snap a photo or two for Unilocal, right? During my recent visit, I feel that the Lobster Bisque was a bit too watery. I think it used to be a little thicker than that. I like that they give you a small bun that you can dip into the soup. Chocolate dipped strawberry is blah, but i appreciate the gesture. Overall, no nonsense service. I will come again.

What an awesome place to eat! We stopped here on the way to Seattle for dinner, and what we ate was so filling and refreshing. We had an enchilada chilli soup with Chicken pesto panini. This meal was added on with a bread loaf and a chocolate dipped strawberry for dessert. We did it as take away, and were surprised to see our lunch box. The best part of it — they are famous for making everything fresh everyday from every sauce and dressing and you actually enjoy the freshness in your plate. I would definitely revisit this place, when I can.

Once you’ve been to one you’ve been them all, I do like this place however. I like it enough to keep going back. There’s something about the fast casual that attracts me to it. I like fresh food fast and their food is fresh and fast. The one thing that drives me nuts with these fast casual joints is their service. I know the lines are long and I know they want to get through it quick but, take time to smell the roses and listen to each individual customer and really care. At the end of the day though, the food is good. I usually get the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and the lobster bisque soup.

The food was great. However, there was not a clean table in the place. There were plenty of open tables. After selecting the least dirty, I watched the lone table cleaner. He moved plates and straightened chairs. I didn’t see him wash one table the entire 30 minutes I was eating. In the mean time there was a door greeter who stood greeting people. I didn’t see any one stop to get instructions on how to order. She looked bored to tears. And all the while there were dirty tables. I don’t think i will eat here again. Then when i mentioned to the table cleaner my frustration with the dirty tables, he reached for his dish towel and it was disgusting and dirty. Great, now he is going to wipe tables with a germ infested rag.

Zupas is one of my favorites. I love to get the enchilada chili mixed with the cauliflower soup. It’s something I would have never thought to try but an employee told me about it and now it’s my fav! I love the pulled pork or the ultimate grilled cheese. Both are very good. They also have flavored syrups for your soft drinks which always makes me happy. I love to add coconut to my diet coke. :) When I went to this location it was an hour before close so all the crème brûlée’s were half off. Of course my friend and I both got one. Super yummy and not a bad price at $ 1.50. The employees at this location were excellent. We were there about a half hour after closing and once we realized it we apologized and the employees said not to worry and stay of we wanted. I’m sure they wanted to go home but they were willing to let us chat a little longer. I would 100% recommend this location.

Zupas is my favorite soup, salad and sandwich restaurant chain. This location is consistent with the rest. It’s always clean, staff are friendly, and the food tastes just as good as my local spot. The great thing about this one is that I’ve never seen it get very busy, so my wait time has always been nonexistent.

It’s depressing. trying to satiate a food lovers soul here in Lehi(where my employer sentences me for 2 weeks at a time on occasion). Because there is no wine, or any good adult beverage, there is no food culture. Tired of the empty calories, I asked around about a healthy alternative. «Go to Zupas!» «tons of cuties in yoga pants!» «Good food!» The eye candy was outstanding, lovely, distracting, and sadly not one set of yoga pants. The tomato basil soup is melted butter, some tomato paste and dried basil, and perhaps 4 to 6 tablespoons of salt. I don’t know, maybe 1000 calories for a vegan soup. The BBQ chicken salad was smothered in a creamy ranch like dressing, with a heaping layer of crappy BBQ sauce(think corn syrup as the first ingredient) and, of course, a layer of tortilla strips. The only sensation you have from it is crunch and BBQ sauce, which, to people who don’t know better, is delicious! And I’ll admit, add any sugar or fat to something crunchy, you won’t be disappointed so long as you’re not dieting. The tip off that this place has nothing to do with health is that the last 10 feet to the register are several cases full of the most amazingly large portion of pure fat desserts. Crème brulee, and other things I don’t even recognize. Now, I know, I know, if you get a salad here, you are getting *some* fiber. Some. Also, you do get some good anti-oxidants as well as some minerals and trace elements. I mean, for some people, whatever helps them eat vegetables is good enough. But the soup is pure fat. Heads up. So are the sandwiches, but they are also topped with 50 to 80 grams of carbs in the form of very thick bread — and this is refined flour — so little to no fiber there either. Here me out: 1) Given that this place isn’t healthy really 2) Given that you will end up ingesting 30 to 100 grams of fat here 3) Given that dieting is calories in and calories out 4) Given that, after eating here, you’re gonna have to run for 2 straight hours to get back to even Then just stroll across the parking lot to Smash Burger. I mean, really, it’s the same amount of fat. You still get the potassium in French fries, beef is loaded with minerals and trace elements(and you women need the iron and b12). But! **At Smash Burger you get an honest treat that is delicious** In other words, if you are going to sin, don’t half-ass it. Save your healthy meals for family dinner, or for selective Subway sandwiches, or a nice salad somewhere(with olive and vinegar of course). But if you want something delicious for the same amount of calories, fat, you want a treat, a real treat, and you don’t plan on half-assing a treat. Go to Smash.
