My tips: get the kneaders card and get points! Go in if you can so you can get free samples. I love just about everything here– their cinnamon rolls and cinnamon French toast– with mascarpone cream and strawberries– croissants, chocolate scones, and key lime tarts. For savory, their turkey cranberry sunflower salad– with a raspberry poppyseed vinaigrette– is my fave. I love their hazelnut bread– just tried some with their sun dried tomato spread– drool! My kids love their smoothies and their grilled cheese sandwiches, and their sugar cookies. Their chocolate dipped strawberries are fine chocolatier quality, and my fave caramel apple is white chocolate with cinnamon and sugar. Be sure to get a free treat on your birthday!

I actually love kneaders. I’ve always had a good experience with their food and their service. But lately you can’t even pull in to the restaurant. There is so much traffic always blocking the parking lot. Seems like they need to get with grease monkey and figure out something so they don’t lose business.

I am a huge kneaders fan but this location just can’t seem to get it together. To me the soups at this location taste watered down and they almost always mess up your order.

Good food. Love the sandwiches and french toast but the wait can be a little long…

Worst meal ever! Since it was a cold night, I ordered the«loaded» baked potato soup. You would expect«loaded» baked potato soup to be like a baked potato with sour cream, cheese, and bacon bits, but NO! It had mushy potato cubes with a couple of bacon bits in a tasteless base. It was awful! I also ordered a slice of the raspberry pie. It tasted like medicine! I couldn’t even finish it, and believe me, it wasn’t a large piece! They messed up my husbands order and we received no apology for that. This meal was a waste of money!

I called the kneaders in Saratoga and they were very nice but didn’t have any banana cream pies. I really wanted them for a potluck, so I tried the Lehi location. They didn’t have any either, I was placed on hold and told the chef was still there and would be willing to make me a few pies right now so that I would have them in time. Awesome!

Good for lunch and for kids. Easy comfort food. Great selection of breads, puddings and cakes that will fulfill the best of your indulgences and one of their must haves is roasted red pepper Gouda soup and raspberry pudding and anything on croissant. Recommend this place definitely for lunch but problem is menu remains same for both lunch and dinner and hence can get boring too so and too quickly and hence the 3 stars Update: I am downgrading the rating to a 2 star for business at this location as today their service and food quality was not upto the mark and left me disappointed. The issues today were three gold 1) They forgot an item of my order despite billing me for it and I had to go back in post they having attended to my order to get that item. 2) the cheese from my sandwich melted and one edge of it fused on to the box of my cup of soup and I had to discard that portion because due to fusing of cheese onto box, the cheese actually had paper/letters from portion of box where it was fused to, not healthy. 3) The tomato bisque soup itself tasted unlike their tomato bisques which they regularly serve and tasted more like tomato purée to me personally.

They have pretty good sandwiches. Their turkey is shredded and delicious! It’s not your traditional thin sliced processed turkey. This location never tends to be super clean which is a downside. Their soups are so so and salads are small but decent.

Why, oh why, did they stop offering wi-fi? The food is amazing and there is a nice fireplace to sit by, so back when they had wi-fi I took my laptop here several times a week. Other than that, I’d probably rate it 5 stars, but I won’t be coming back unless the craving for Kneaders French toast becomes unbearable. If you’re reading, Kneaders, let me know when you have wi-fi and I’ll come back AND update my review. Until then, I bid you a sad adieu.

I love this place! Great soups, salads, and sandwiches. My fave is their 3 cheese cauliflower soup and veggie avocado sandwich. Soooo good! Their French toast for breakfast is amazing too!

After a long afternoon of dealing with family and medical issues, my wife and I stopped into Kneaders to get some dinner before they closed. This was 20 minutes before they close mind you. As we asked about the soups, the employees at the front desk rolled their eyes at me and my wife. We ignored the immature and unprofessional customer service, ordered our food, and sat down to rest. When our food came out, it was packaged to go. We explicitly noted we wanted to dine in. However, they had packaged everything for us to leave. It was as if they put a note on our food saying, «please leave.» I spoke with the manager who was unapologetic and rude. I told him I wanted the franchise owner’s info to report the situation. He pointed is toward the Orem store. In the end, I will never go back to this Kneaders. The food is mediocre at best. The service was abysmal. The management bites. All around this is a poorly run franchise. Two thrums down. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would.

It was 5.29 for two thick slices of cinnamon bread French toast with a cup of whipped cream with sliced strawberries and ramekin of warm syrup for toppings. The syrup was thick and tasted like caramel — the good stuff. As for the toast, it was a quick French toast — they didn’t soak it in the batter long for it to absorb any custardy goodness, and it was mainly really good because the homemade bread used to make it is really good. That said, I would definitely order again. As for the toast being«all you can eat», I was scared to test it. There are no signs up saying that it is unlimited. I eventually had my wife go up and get some more, and it turns out you really can get seconds.

Kneaders is one of those restaurants you can always count on. Whether you are going out for date night, a lunch meeting, or catering a big group. It tastes good every time. Today I went, just to do some work, snack a bit, and meet with an associate. Great environment, good noise level, and a fun, busy environment. It was a different experience just coming to snack. I had a soda, a couple slices of hazelnut multi-grain, and an éclair. All good! Not super healthy, but… Oh well. My only critique: be a little more adventurous with your desserts. You’re a bakery. Try a few more things… Not just changing the cakes and cupcakes monthly. Thanks for being a restaurant I can always rely on!

I went there with 3 children and it was wonderful. They took our order fast. There was plenty of room for us. Our food was done quickly and fast. And if course delicious.

Kneader’s is not the worst nor the best. It seems to have a huge following. Certain baked goods are quite good and high quality — but certain ones are lackluster. Their bread is good — but no better than anywhere else. The coffee was bad — cold and weak — but hey… Utah? Right? Awesome croissant breakfast sandwiches. I wish they were open on Sundays. Sometimes 4 stars… sometimes 2 stars.

Good food but horrible service. Check your food if you go through the drive up window because they have messed up on my order plenty of times. They have also charged me twice for the same purchase so make sure you look at your bank statement. I love kneaded but this one must have bad management. Very disappointed with this location. Buyer beware!

Big fan of this place. Haven’t had anything I disliked. Their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is my favorite. I also love their turkey avocado sandwich and their Asiago bisque.

My prior review still stands. The food is generally good. When you can get it. Out of soup and most bread before the dinner rush? Really?!

Kneaders gets a lot of hype for their all you can eat French Toast but I only ate half a plate. I did split an omelette too so it wasn’t that the FT was bad… but I don’t think I’d double down and get a 2nd plate French Toast even without the omelette. The American omelette although not perfect(cheese not melted) was actually my preferred breakfast plate today.
