Worst service tonight! I go to drive through and order 2 meals and a sundae. Well they charged me for my Sunday and I drove off. When I got home and realized I didn’t have my sundae I was frustrated. The service was slow first of all already, then when I asked for ketchup the girl handed me 3 packets with 2 burgers and two medium fries and 10 piece chicken nugget. I ended up going back and when I go back the same girl is there and says can I help you? I let her know she forgot the sundae and she said oh ur Sundae like it was nothing. It’s a joke how no where cares about customer service your getting paid guys ! Anyways I asked to talk to manager and some random girl came when she told me guy to me to be honest I think there was no REAL manager. Anyways shitty service not even busy.

Do not go to this McDonalds. You will regret it. Horrible customer service and your food is prepared sloppy. Never again will I come to this location. Go to the McDonalds down the street in Walmart.

WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. Their ice cream is always down at least for the past two weeks to the point I’d rather call before hand. But after this last visit, I’ll never be visiting this location again. I’ve never had such a rude and in carrying order taker. The place is FILTHY to the point I’m curious to know how in the world they pass their audits and inspections. Their staff is gross and I’ve seen girls handling food bare handed with long acrylic or stick on nails, either way gross stuff gets under those. I wanted to complain to a manager but the girl was of nooo help. I asked how to complain she told me find a number online and I left. I cannot believe they have such a location open. Horrible and I hope they fix their problems before the government find out through inspections. EW

This is the worst McDonalds in San Diego. The place is always dirty, tables and chairs, floors and restrooms. The people at the counter are always unorganized, it takes forever to get our orders. The cleanliness is the one that bugs me the most. It makes me question the sanitation of the food prep station.

I don’t know why they still have McDonald’s like this one open. Not the first time coming to this place and it has terrible customer service and they always get my order wrong. Also I got a mango pineapple smoothie and it was not full to the top.
Never again will come to this McDonald’s.

the food is ok here but everytime i go through the drive through in the morning there is this one woman at the second window who is always talking bout her private life to the manager it is super annoying cause she never says hello or have a great day and got my drink wrong cause she was too busy talking about herself to give a shit about the customer so my friend went back in to get my drink fixed and apparently the person she was talking to was the manager who i also must add in was rude to me when i went in cause they got my sandwich wrong and she rolled her eyes at me and then tried to blame me for the mess up. Mcdonalds you need to get a better manager here you need one who does the job correctly, not just hires her own friends and is rude to everyone.

Went to mcdonalds today, ordered some of the 2.50 deals… Well, got home and my burger was really cold and there were onions on the bun and on the wrap. When I ordered, I asked for no onions, thats all, and this is what happened. I tried to contact a manager, and while speaking to so called «manager», she hung up on me. No name given, just placed on hold and end of call.

They are supposed to be open till midnight! The doors were locked and the drive-​through was dark. I was there at 11:20 PM Friday night. I waited in the drive up until the person in front of me got his food. When I got to the window nobody would answer or come to the window! Very rude! No wonder McDonald’s is going down the tubes!

What do expect people it’s McDonald’s. Who gives a shit about service, though I’ve never had anyone blatantly rude. It’s cheap for a reason. Never had my order messed up here. One time I had a extra cheese on my burger. A+

There’s nothing really special about this Micky D’s it only has one drive-​thru, its a little tough to get into this location and there’s usually homeless people hanging around. The food is pretty good just like any other McDonalds. They have a playground for the kids which is pretty nice but it needs to be updated. Some of the employees are pretty nice I even had one guy give me some extra fries.

I’m not a fan of fast food but I have my urges from time to time. On this day I decided to be a kid and have a morning breakfast. Must be before 10 or else your out of luck. Watch the movie Big Daddy. I enjoyed an English mc muffin with an apple pie and an apple juice box. It was delicious. I enjoyed every bite but could taste every ounce of fat. Afterwards my day went south. I got bad stomach pains and was sick the entire day. I felt as if I was dying due to whatever is in their food. Avoid fast food and eat fresh

Great, great service from all the employees! They were also nice and worked well with each other! I came around 750, and only go to mcdonalds if someone else suggests it mostly. I’m glad I stopped by last night! Amazing staff & fresh hot food! :)

Typical McDonald’s with typical workers
It took a couple minutes for someone to take my order even it was the only one in the drive thru.
Had to repeat my order several times bc they were either not listening or didn’t care to be there.
Received my food pretty fast and was out of there.
The food was fresh & I ordered extra sauce bc the mcrib tends to be dry
It had lots of sauce as requested.
I have been here a couple times and the line gets long on Sunday right before 1030 when breakfast is over.
Even after 1030 they came out & told us the cars in line can have breakfast since we were already in line… that was pretty cool
I was babysitting One day and the play area can get a bit ‘ghetto’ but just watch ur kid and they should be ok.
I don’t come to this one often but they have been ok to me so i have no complaints

Yeah as much profit as this shit company makes I shouldn’t be getting a half full order if fries… On top of that a medium half full order of fries when I ordered large meals… The fact that you are shoved you food with out even asking if you want condiments is bs… At least Jack n the box asks… sent my bf to return the order because I probably would of thrown it at them…

Ok, this McD’s is just plain dumb. I’ve gone to a lot of McD’s in my life, and this is the ONLY one that will not let you order a shake and split it amongst two cups. I have to little kids, even a small shake is too big for either one of my kids. I guess they want parents to a. constantly listen to the kids fighting when they have to share or, b. help increase childhood obesity.
This isn’t my only problem with this location. I hate rolling up to the window to
pick up the food only to have a hand and bag hanging out the window for me. Hell, no need to stop, just roll by and grab.
While it is the closest one to my house, I won’t be coming here anymore.
