Very satisfied w/​the display screen replacement on my iPhone 5c. I called the store to inquire about repair and pricing and Joe communicated very well and set expectations. From this initial phone call, through drop off and pick up, I was very satisfied w/​our transactions. I’m coming back to have additional phone repairs. Joe did great repair work and it’s far more reasonable than having to purchase a new phone.

Sigh… long story, not going into all of it. But after leaving T Mobile and my Note 3, I signed up with AT&T because my GPS would not work on my Note and I got talked into an S6 with AT&T.
GPS worked great on my S6, but too many other bugs have made me hate this phone. So, after 2 months with it, I decided I wanted to go back to my Note 3. T Mobile refused to unlock it! What? No good reason other than it had been 2 months since I left them after 7 yrs.
Well, the owner Joe was recommended to me by one of the guys at an AT&T store. He unlocked that sucker for only $ 35 and put a tempered glass screen on it for only $ 20!
Turns out, it’s not because of the carrier that the GPS didn’t work, it’s the Note 3!!! Joe did several things with it but every time I drove away, the GPS still didn’t work. I just drove right back to his shop and he kept trying one thing after another on it for about an hour and a half.
It’s not his fault that the GPS still won’t work on my Note. I even upgraded to the latest system upgrade today… not sure it’s going to work though.
But what’s great about Joe is he said, bring it back when you can and leave it with me and I will work on it and try to find out what’s up with it. I’m going to do that soon. It’s a 40 mile RT for me but I think this guy is worth it. So honest and upfront with his customers.
I would recommend him for anything that those thiefs in the corporate stores try to foist on you and don’t buy accessories there either! The tempered glass alone would have been $ 60 at AT&T!

I came in here looking for a cheaper phone plan and to unlock my S3. Joe was able to hook me up big time in no time at all. Now I have a better phone plan with the phone I wanted.
It took a little effort to switch over my old number to my new service but Joe persisted and got the job done. I highly recommend this place if you have to unlock a phone or need a more affordable plan.

I went in to have the glass I replaced on my daughter’s iPhone. Joe had the glass in stock and had it replaced like it just came out of the box in under 30 minutes. Joe knows what he’s doing and is very helpful he even upsold me on a screen protector at half the price of any competitors out there. I spent the past three weeks shopping around for a place that was going to charge a fair price without all of the BS and this place has been right in my neighborhood for the past 8 years. They can do this at the malls and other places around town but why waste your time and money. Unlocknflash is conveniently located in Paradise Hills right next to the 2 story McDonalds. they repair and unlock/​flash phones quickly and PROFESSIONALLY!!! Don’t waste your time waiting at the mall and paying more than you have to. Take it to Joe he’ll take good care of you!

This is the first business that I give 5 stars due to the fact that everywhere I went to unlock my samsung galaxy note 2 they wanted to charge $ 150, but at flash he only charge me $ 35. Great service and no BS. Keep in mind that the guy there is really busy, so go there in person and wait ur turn.

Joe is a genius! He fixed a problem for me that my carrier told me could probably not be done. He saved me the expense of buying a new phone and yet his services were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with their cellular device!

I was directed here By sim card ppl who btw I dont recommend and they get their review next but they did direct me here which is their saving grace and mine. Joe = awesome. He’s the owner and I was having trouble cuz prior dim card was stuck see review bout Djs. went into unlock and sign up for cricket. this is the best and only place to unlock phones and sign up for new services. done and out of there in 30 min. phone works great.

My boyfriend and I decided to upgrade our phones, but Cricket wasn’t selling any good ones at the time. So we decided to go with a Sprint phone and flash it over to Cricket.
We were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes for 2 phones. Our phones work flawlessly– service is still great PLUS now we have the phone we actually WANT. Keep in mind this is NOT a Cricket store, so don’t expect answers about Cricket’s service, prices, etc.
From what I understand, flashing phones can be a complicated thing, so go to this place, as they actually specialize in it. Will definitely recommend. Thanks!
