It’s Valentine’s Day, and they’re out of donuts by noon. They really need to learn what extra cream means. The lady with the accent couldn’t be anymore rude and unfriendly. I’ve started going to the Homer Glen DD for better service and fact they’re not too cheap to be generous with cream and making bigger orders for holidays.

I drive for work so I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts throughout the south burbs and into Indiana. This was by far the worst I’ve been to. 12 minutes in the drive-​thru for just an iced latte. Only one car in front of me, which was sitting at the intercom for a good five minutes, then sat at the window for another five. I finally pull up to the window and have to wait another two minutes for my latte. In all that time I was waiting, how could such a simple drink not be ready? Ordered large hazelnut swirl, no sugar, no whip, easy on the ice. Got a very bitter latte, don’t think they put any flavoring in it at all. Cup was over half full of ice. So much for «easy» on the ice. Time is money when you’re a driver, cannot afford to wait 12 minutes for a coffee. Will make it a point not to stop here again.

Ok, back in town to visit my in-​laws and this was the only DD open. So I figured I’d give it one more chance because we wanted some donuts for the kids in the morning. Was there at 9:35pm and they close at 10pm. Doors were locked so I tried the drive through. Ordered coffee and donuts. They said «We’ll brew some coffee for you. But we are out of donuts.» I inquired a bit more, and they said the reason is because they threw everything out. Why? «We like to jet out of here by 10pm». At least they’re honest. Not sure if that earns an extra star, though. Stay away.

The employees must have donuts for brains that’s coming out of their ears. My order is always wrong and sometimes they even charge me for things I don’t buy. At that point it’s called theft.

Went to this location this morning to get my wife and I coffee. One they ran out of Allman milk and a Saturday they just started offering Allman milk and of course they ran out took the kid 10 minutes to get my coffee. The kid had to go outside and get one of his employees because of the employee decided sitting in their car was more important than coming into work. While standing in line an older gentleman walking up who’s left customer and said I would like a caramel latte which the kid quickly replied oh or latte machine is broken the older gentleman replied it how long is been broken I don’t know. They were out of most donuts it took the girl three tries to make my coffee right which is not a hard orderextra large coffee extra cream extra sugar you are coffeeshop I will never come this location again they are idiots and it location should be shut down by corporate

There was a time few years back this place was on top of things. Recently it’s just dirty and the outside looks ghetto and the service is TERRIBLE!!! I’ve been waiting in the drive thru with ONE car in front of me for over 10 mins. Terrible wait times!

Take the extra few min and brew your own or go to a different place. 1st visit — door locked, had to go to the drive thru. Wanted a banana chocolate muffin which was on the menu, and they said they didn’t sell it. Asked them what muffins they did have and he listed two and that’s it! So I ordered a meal instead. Ask them why the door was locked they replied «oh we forget a lot of the time.» Whatever, I drive away look in my bag and I missing my hashbrowns that I paid for.
2nd visit — I wanted to see what muffins they had, and since they cannot be bothered through the drive-​through, I decided to try again and go inside. Door was locked again.

kinda run down and the ladies that work there show how much they hate working at this store, sucks when i take my son in and he has to hear negative things
