Being a regular customer at this dunkin for the last 4 months and spending on average of $ 120 a month, I have had enough. My order has been wrong 90% of the time. Ordered 2 iced coffees and 2 orders of hash browns, drive thru Collin V with no gloves, grabbed my order of hash browns with his hands after just handling money. Woman next to him was wearing gloves. When I received my hash browns, they were cold. Asked for a refund and refused to refund my hash browns with out returning my coffee even though my coffee was correct. When I asked for a manger, he told me he was the manger and his boss was in India and he couldn’t give me a number for management. Didn’t get a refund on the hash browns I returned. Next day ordered large carmel iced coffee with cream and sugar, received a cup with 5 ice cubes and no flavoring or sugar. Just cream. Went back through the drive thru and still gave me the wrong coffee. How many people does it take to get a simple coffee order right? A monkey or a 3 year old child could do their job better. If you want dunkin, do your self a favor and go to the dunkin by 143rd and wolf road. Never had a problem there. The Homer glen location is an embarrassment and a complete joke. Needs to be shut down today. 0 out of 5 stars!!!

Service was a bit slow, but the real problem was the bitter coffee. I returned the original without any hassles. The second cup was as bad as the first. I normally enjoy dunkin donuts coffee. This location being the exception.

Hey Management where are you? Your staff is a mess. Work in slow motion. Ignore customers when we walk in. Cash register is never manned. Can’t get orders right! This is not a one time incident!

If I could give 0STARS I would. I live very close to this Dunkin’ Donuts and ever since it opened I make the mistake of going there every so often — then stop for months. DRIVEBY — Keep Going — Management and Customer Service and whole experience ISTERRIBLE. Bee’s at the window because they don’t keep the area clean. Customer service is horrible unless you get one of the newer girls there — the old ones are bad. I made the mistake again and there were a bunch of girls in a BMW chatting with their friends who were working there through the Drive Through Window for 10 min while we all waited to get our orders — then when I get up there — they don’t even have my coffee made — so mad I asked for shift leader Kate — and I submitted complaints to DD this place needs completely new ownership, scrubbed top to bottom and anyone with manager or leader in their title fired. INSTEADOF141 and Bell(Meier) — drive 2 min down the street to 151 and Bell at the Speedway Gas Station go there nearly every day of the year and always have a good experience and people are nice and fast — I find it faster to drive 10 blocks out of my way than to wait at the 141st and Bell location near Meier.

I stopped in this morning for some breakfast sandwiches… Waited 15 minutes… Realized that they forgot my order… Watched 6 employees stand around and talk to each other and some customers. I couldn’t get anyone’s attention because the pick up counter was blocked by a women, who judging from her conversation with the employees, must have also been an employee. One of the staff members was on her phone. Finally, the girl who took my order noticed me and realized what had happened. Out of croissants… out of biscuits… Okay, I’ll take my sandwich on a bagel. Just get me out of here! I left 20 minutes later, annoyed and actually quite embarrassed for those people working there.

Having recently moved nearby, this location was great… until the last few months. More times than not, the orders are incorrect, or even forgotten about. Employees use unacceptable language for a business that would offend most. But the final straw today was the 2nd consecutive time we have gotten beverages, they have made us sick. Once, could have been anything, twice in a row, within 15 minutes of consuming the drink, to me is a trend. A small sample size, but big enough for us to never go there again. Clean you latte and coffee machines!
