The staff if professional and friendly. The drinks are good. The music is enough to drive you nuts. Trying to study or even read a book is not possible with loud, quick rhythm music playing in the background. Annoying.

The staff here was friendly and attentive. I ordered the chicken artichoke flat bread and the Banana Crème Pie Frappuccino. They whipped up my special drink as if it was on the menu. Perfection.

They always run out of stuff here! The last time I was there, they ran out of black iced tea at 9:30am. And black hot tea. I ended up with a disgusting iced coffee that gave me an upset stomach. They had a bad attitude about it too. Why would Starbucks run out of tea??? Ever???

One of the nicer Starbucks in the suburbs, this particular store is neat, tidy, and generally expedient. The staff is always pleasant, and the food and beverages are the expected Starbucks standard.

Such a perfect Starbucks for Lemont. The drive thru is expedient, it’s quaint inside, and the service is always top notch.
It’s great all around; I’ve never been disappointed.

Most mornings, I ask my dog «Do you want to go get coffee?» She immediately hops up and makes a beeline for the door, because she knows we’re going to the Starbucks in Lemont.
Why I’ll pay the extra few dollars to get my coffee here rather than the Dunkin Donuts in town is both the quality of the coffee and service. All of the employees here are sweet as pie, and most of them now enthusiastically greet my hyper little dog as she peers in the drive-​thru window. I can’t even recall the last time they got my drink wrong, and I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to the specific formulations of my coffee drinks.
Starbucks is always great, but this one in particular is the best.

I usually stop at this Starbucks at least once or twice a week. The staff is always very cheerful and happy and keep the drive-​thru moving very fast in the morning.

Never really have a reason to come to this place as I don’t drink coffee. But they have so much more. The cakes and pasteries look fresh and they have an ok juice selection. Very clean.
