Shannon is a complete waste of space. I asked for a small piece of tape and she said no. Lol. Common curtesy is not allowed according to her. She works on the base sometimes and we all dislike her. She needs to be fired. Karma is a bitch and I bet her life sucks. This is as my forth or fifth dealing with her. Stupid postal worker. Respect and common courtesy can go a long way. Other employees are friendly. She however is not. Shannon is her name. They wear name tapes… avoid her.

Had to go in yesterday to get stamps. They had 3 gentlemen at the front. At least one of them came from a different post office to help out with the holiday craziness. It was super busy, but those guys did an awesome job. I left with a smile. Thanks guys for the awesome customer service yesterday.

There is nothing different about this PO than any other I’ve been to across the country. Sometimes there’s a long line, sometimes you walk right up to the counter. Sometimes the clerks are nice, friendly and helpful. Sometimes they’re disgruntled.
I now live just down the street from this location and have been in here so many times that I’m getting a feel for when the best times to go are and who the best clerks are. And honestly, they’re people like the rest of us, so once you get to know them they’re all right. Seriously, you’d look miserable and get grumpy too if you had to do that job day in, day out.
One thing I’d like to see is a stamp machine out in the lobby, so you don’t have to spend time in line. However, Lemoore is a small town and the USPS is making cutbacks, so I doubt that’ll happen any time soon.

I realize this is a small town post office, but geesh. I have a post office box here and getting my mail PLACED INSIDE THE BOX is a difficult endeavor apparently. I’ve had mail sit there for weeks and ONLY after I inquire is it given to me. Really? They do have one employee behind the counter who is swift and informative (her name escapes me, but she looks like she is the younger of the counter representatives).I’m thinking they probably need more people, and given all of the government cuts some of the delay is probably beyond their control. Notice I said «some», getting my mail into my postal box should be a no brainer.

Do you have a few hours to waste out of your busy day??? f you find yourself bored and need to kill some time, then this is your place.
I have come to pick up mail here after getting a note on my door/​mailbox. The lines can be extremely LONG and you will grow a couple of grey hairs while waiting to get your mail.
There is one lady that works there, named Maria, and she is the friendliest employee that they have there. She is very matronly and just a sweetheart overall. She takes time to explain things to you, if you have any questions. The other employees there are your typical disgruntled postal employees, lol.
This location is smaller than the one in Hanford, but gets the job done
