This is the place that is a block from my house and that I get donuts from for my kids IF we are in some kind of crazy hurry to be somewhere. That’s the only reason to go there– because kids will accept any donut and think it’s a good donut. I don’t know if it’s ALL DDs, or just this location, but they are incredibly cheap with the product they make. If you buy any donut with icing, the icing doesn’t even reach the edge of the top of the donut… who wants a raised donut with no icing on it(if it isn’t glazed)? I’ll post a picture, if we ever go back.

Decent donut and decent coffee. However, I’m getting real tired of ordering through the drive thru and always having a weird experience. There is always an awkward exchange. I said yes please to a receipt and he didn’t hear or care to verify so walked off. Probably better to just go in. But I like Starbucks coffee and a QT donut if I want something in the afternoon. I won’t be going back to DD.

Is the coffee good? No, it’s pedestrian in my opinion. It’s not terrible, but to the people that rave about it? GTFO, it’s not nearly as rich or flavorful as Starbucks or Black Dog. How about their food?! It’s a joke. And not a funny ha-ha type of joke you’d tell your friend about. It’s a sad joke. The kind you tell on a miserable day to nobody. Nearly all of the donuts don’t have enough icing or filling, after a second trip I’m fairly sure I had«2nd day» donuts since they were kind of dry and crumbling. Had a breakfast sandwich and that was equally as poor of a decision. McDonalds has far superior breakfast sandwiches. All in all, this chain has below average coffee, below average food, and I don’t get they hype from other people. Quiktrip is a much better option btw.

I like the fact that I can get here after 9 am and still have a good selection of donuts. Not the best flavor, but not bad. I do wish they had a better selection of jelly filled(blueberry perhaps?) But I left with a couple and they were both pretty darn good. A jelly filled and a chocolate glazed. Plus a bottle of OJ for less than $ 4. Plus I answered a survey and got a free donut for next time. Pretty good deal!

Service here is very poor. I arrived at 7:45 on a Tuesday morning, stood at the front counter for several minutes, and was never helped. One employee even walked past and didn’t even look at me. Left with nothing, other than dissatisfaction from the poor customer service. Not the first time I’ve had this experience at this location. My mistake for giving them another try.

Middle of the road, corporate chain, if you are wanting donuts I suggest you drive a bit farther and go to Daylight Donuts on Lackman and 87th. See my picture as an example of their lack of quality…

They have really good donuts and at 7am they have amazing customer service! They are really upbeat and friendly every single time. Their coffee is also amazing.

Service was horrific. The drive through was packed so I went inside. There were only four people in line and I was excited because I thought I had saved myself a bunch of time. Turns out, it takes 20 minutes to serve donuts and coffee to four people. There were four or five employees working the drive-through and one at the register who moved at a glacial pace. Not what I’m looking for during rush hour.

Five stars for the best drive thru service I’ve had in Kansas and three stars for the coffee and donuts.

My recent experiences at this location have all been centered around coffee, not DD’s famous donuts. Over the course of the last three visits, I’ve been asked three separate times, «seriously, no donuts?» when I only ask for a XL regular black coffee. Give the drive thru workers credit, they’re definitely good at trying to up-sell what has made DD recognizable around the world. DD coffee shouldn’t be good. It’s fast food, it sits around on a burner, it’s served in a Styrofoam cup. I mean, c’mon…really. What’s amazing, however, about DD’s coffee is simply the smell and the taste. I like good strong coffee from fancy places that will gladly serve you a pour over without milk and take your 4 bucks. DD’s coffee is really good — not as good as the 4 dollar venues, but you get what you pay for and $ 2.25 for a XL coffee is a great deal when it tastes so good. It takes a lot of self-discipline and will power when that drive thru window opens and you get a waft of the the incredible smell coming from the donuts inside. So much so that I’ve been tempted to say«go ahead and throw a dozen donuts in while you’re at it.» For now I’m sticking to the coffee and there’s nothing wrong with that when it tastes this good.

Well… Having worked at 75th street Dunkin’ Donuts for 8 months of my life, I know how things should work. This location– I blame the bad service on the fact that’s it’s new… The drive through worker was biting his nails, service was pretty slow, and he didn’t have hardly any customer service skill, but they just need some time for improvement I’m sure. The Dark Roast Iced Coffee was delicious as well as the bagel and donut I ordered. Just like how I used to make it :). Classic Dunkin’. 3 Stars.

Stopped in for coffee and a donut. They have an offer if you show an AARP card the donut is free. Great Deal. Also purchased their Keurig DD coffee pods. $$ 9.99 for a box of 12. Very pleasant cashier who range me up.

Fell for DD in Boston. Was excited to hear that they opened one next door to me. Donuts are awesome, drinks delicious. Customer service… Eh! Usually use drive through, decided to come in this morning. Man at register seemed like a one man show. Lady making my coffee went out of her way to make me feel like an idiot when asking a question that simply required a yes or no. Needless to say, I probably won’t be coming in again. Drive through seems to be a winner at this place. And to top it off, order was wrong unfortunately not the the first time this happens. I usually don’t mind, but today’s experience was just not worth my time or money specially not this early.

Two stars for the iced coffee. Zero for the food. Kids liked their donuts but my steak burrito was half the size of normal(mcds) and very little steak. Ordered a turkey sausage & egg on Flatbread but was given a veggie Flatbread sandwich. The bread was burnt on one end, too.

I was actually excited to try dunkin donuts after a friend of mine raved about them for quite some time. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. I stopped in for breakfast and ordered a croissant sandwich with hashbrowns and a Chai latte. The croissant was disgusting! It tasted like they used some nasty cream filling from a donut as their spread. I’ve never had a breakfast sandwich so gross before. I couldn’t finish it because it was so bad. The hashbrowns were also pretty nasty. They put so much salt on them that I couldn’t even finish them either. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the Chai latte I had was far superior to the ones Starbucks has. I would return again for drinks but never again for food.

Famous for their donuts and coffee, they also have an excellent breakfast/lunch menu. Sweet tea made with real cane sugar, too! The staff is always smiling and laughing, and still gets your food out quickly. Store is clean and drive thru is convenient. I highly recommend this location, and am happy it opened so close to my house!
