I cannot say enough how great these guys are. If you have a Dyson and you need it serviced, take it here, they will take care of you. In our case, our DC24 had a bad brush assembly and it was slightly out of warranty. The people here still took care of us and replaced the brush assembly no cost. They also told us that when we are ready for a new one, they will give us a trade in offer. In fact, there was an older couple in the store at the same time getting a trade in offer (they were trading in the same DC24 vac as ours, ironically). They were getting a portable stick vac since there upstairs has a lot of tile floors. Anyway, Bottomline great service and you can get good deals here too on a new dyson vacuum.

Guys, a gem. Wish I more than 5 stars to give. Go see Rick, he will put the biggest smile on your face. I went into get my Dyson that was almost out of warranty fixed. Not only did he fix it in 30 seconds, he cleaned my filters and the machine itself. It looks brand new. Biggest thing: don’t buy your Dysons anywhere else! They can save you 30%, even if your current one is broken or you’re trading in for an upgrade. That is big money considering what these suckers cost. I love my Dyson even more now. All customer service should be like this.
