I have been going here for appliance parts for a long time even before they moved to this bigger building over 4 years ago. I usually see John and Jerry at the front desk but they have others that help. Very knowledgeable guys and they can look up something very quickly so long as u have the model number. They probably do a lot of business with professional repair people but you don’t need to be a licensed repair person to buy here. They have a lot more than Sears parts and cheaper in the cases that I’ve checked. The facilities are big and very organized. Not that you can go through their isles like Walmart but it’s organized, which tells you they run a tight operation. They have some retail things between the front door and the help desks. I bought a very useful duct cleaning attachment that I’ve had for 4−5yrs now. Good quality really. If u buy any appliance parts with uncertainty(if it’s in fact the broken/failed issue), be absolutely sure before u open and install the part as they won’t take returns on installed parts. Most places are that way with electrical and plumbing parts.
