Packages get delivered when they get around to it or sometimes not at all.
Not the FedEx brand I used to know.
Do you know when you call customer service they send your call to El Salvador.
They care so much they will send you out of country.
Ship using another carrier if you want to avoid hassles.

Lenexa, KS
This is the DC for FedEx in Lenexa. They always seem overwhelmed. I went in and patiently waited my turn and then when I get up there. The person just stared at me. No «May I help you?» Just stared.
I said, «I have a package to send, it is 3rd party so I just need you to look it up and weigh it and take it.»
She took the package looked up the info, weighted it and put a sticker on it. «You are all done, here is your tracking number.»
I will just chalk this one up as she was tired and wanted to go home. Other times I have been here people were friendly. I think it is just the holiday rush is making them all tired.
