Yuck! What a joke! We signed up for an annual contract as well, assuming that Insight was a reputable company. Their guy came out and sprayed around the doors— that was pretty much it! He didn’t go in the basement, spray around the perimeter, go into the garage, or check the yard for the yellow-jackets (the reason we called). The guy that signed up our service was very friendly and assured me that they would have us wasp/bug-free in no time. Wrong! So I called a new service and paid them to do what Insight didn’t— now I’m haggling with Insight about the bill! They refuse to credit our account for the bill amount– despite the fact that we had to pay someone else… So I’m getting collections phone calls now for a service that wasn’t performed. DO NOT USE INSIGHT.

We have a reverse ranch style home with fully finished basement (3 bedrooms, family room, and bath) in basement area. With this floor being so close to ground level, we had a problem with spiders and bugs in general… especially rolly pollies! While we grew up with these critters outside, they just don’t belong inside! We felt it was definitely time to get involved in a program that helped keep this problem at bay. We have been very pleased with our service to date. We receive reminder notifications of their upcoming appointments, detailed results of their visits, and the company will come anytime we notice a problem. Can’t ask for much more than that! Our technician, Bryce is great!

This is the 3^rd pest control service we have used in the past 6 years and they will be our last! We have finally found a perfect combination between excellent customer service and professionalism. Bryce is our technician and is fabulous… no more spiders! They will even kill mice/rodents. If it’s a pest they kill it and if you have any problems or concerns they are prompt and return asap. We are extremely happy with their service.
