Mattress Firm Lenexa

After five years, we had a warranty problem with our TempurPedic mattress. Mattress Firm handles all warranty claims for all the beds it sells other than TempurPedic, but they were still there to help. I had misplaced my receipt, so they happily printed one for me.
While TempurPedic requires fairly detailed documentation with a warranty claim, when you consider the cost of the mattresses, that is not surprising. I completed the claim, and TempurPedic said it would ship a new mattress free of charge. The only problem was they no longer make the model we purchased. According to their policy, TempurPedic allowed us to apply the full purchase price of our old mattress towards any new mattress, which meant we could get several models free, or pay for an upgrade.
We decided to visit the Mattress Firm store on 95^th Street in Overland Park, and met Kenna. Based on her excellent product knowledge, I’m guessing she is the store manager. I couldn’t believe how much Kenna knew about the products, and how professionally she presented the options. It’s wonderful to see young people that are dedicated to doing a job well and make it obvious they are proud of their company.

Jim and Kenna were extremely friendly and helpful. We were in and out of there in less than 20mins with the perfect mattress purchased and a great deal! Thanks Jim and Kenna!
