Came here for the first time. Impressed with the selection and sales person. Great prices as well.

The In store staff were incredible in helping us pick out a mattress and getting it to our home. When I went back to order a bed frame/​headboard online I ran into a snag with their delivery-​but this Mattress Firm store was quick to help solve the problem and now I have a decked out bed I love. Thank you!!! (And a special thanks to Mary and Reed for their help)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We found a mattress within 5 minutes of being in the store. They helped us get the best deal, finding us a reduced price mattress and bargain box springs from another location. I really appreciated that we weren’t pushed into buying anything we didn’t want or need or that was out of our budget. Great experience here, and I highly recommend them.

Never in my life did I think I’d give 5 stars to a mattress store, but then again, I never expected to actually have a pleasant mattress shopping experience, either. The last time I just remember it being a huge PITA with a salesperson that literally followed us from bed to bed and would not leave us alone to try things out or discuss them. This was nothing like that experience.
When we entered the store, Bradley greeted us and then let us wander around for awhile and try out some beds. He was helping out another customer, but noticed right away when we seemed to have some questions, and was happy to help us out and show us some beds we might like (and a bed frame that would likely solve the sagging issue our other mattress is currently experiencing). He did point out some features of different mattresses and box springs, and let us know about what was and wasn’t on sale, but there was no pressure, no up-​selling, and we were largely left alone to shop, which is exactly what we wanted.
We ultimately picked out a mattress, but as this was our first stop for the day, we decided that we’d do a bit more shopping around, so we thanked Bradley and let him know we might be back later.
We did return late in the day, and bought the mattress we had decided upon during our first visit. Bradly rung us up quickly, arranged a day and time for delivery, and 10 minutes later (if that), we had bought a bed. The process was quick, painless, and actually pleasant!
Today the mattress was delivered 10 minutes before the promised time, the bed frame was set up super quickly, and the guys were friendly and helpful. (They even offered to wear shoe covers to protect our floors, which was a nice touch.) Obviously we haven’t slept on the new mattress yet, but if it’s as good as the rest of the experience, I’m going to be thrilled.
Thanks for surprising me, Mattress Firm, and making the shopping experience such a good one! The next time we need a mattress (which hopefully won’t be soon), we’ll be back for sure.

We walked in expecting to get the full pressure sales pitch but what we got was more like a friendly conversation. Our budget didn’t allow us to get top of the line but when we told Wes our budget he didn’t flinch (like some other sales people do when they see their commission amount start to shrink) and quickly showed us the bed that we ended up getting.
It still ended up costing more than we wanted by the time we added in the frame, mattress protector (required to get the warranty on the mattress) and delivery. That’s the only thing keeping us from giving a 5 to the store. Wes gets a 5 — the prices of the add-​ons get a 4.

More praise for Wes! We walked in and were treated really well. Wes gave us good advice without any salesman pitch. Their prices are fair, and we walked out happy with our purchase. Plus, they were able to deliver the next day.
