Rosehill Pointe Apartments

PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
Over all this apartment complex is an okay place to live, it has good amenities, a pool, dog park, small indoor gym, and computer center. The surrounding area has everything you could want within a 10 minute drive. The grounds are pretty well kept, with an occasional patch of dirt/​mud and a broken sprinkler.
It seems it was built on a low pretty low budget, the balconies are starting to deteriorate and there are nails coming back up out of the wood, and I saw a neighbors screen door fall off as I walked past. The laundry rooms are small and very basic and not well kept. There was a giant dead moth in one that had been there for about two weeks. ($ 1.75 /​load. washer and dryer which is not tooooo bad.)
The BIGGEST thing that bothers me about this place is that there are NO security cameras. My motorcycle was stolen and I was asking a neighbor if he has seen anything and he said that other things have been stolen from this place and another neighbor said the same thing happened 15 years ago, and still no security cameras are in place. In my opinion if the manager really cared about the satisfaction and well being of the residents then there would have been cameras from the beginning or after the first crime.
Unless you don’t have valuables or can afford to put a gps/​LoJack tracking device on all your vehicles I suggest you keep looking.

Complex has tremendous amenities including a 24 hr fenced in dog park complete with agility course. The definition of a pet friendly apartment complex.
