A newer hospital. It does have ER services but it looks way too small compared to all the massive hospitals in the KC area. However, small is what hospitals should be because that is this one’s charm. My specialist was originally in the A building(west side) and has since been moved to the recently(almost) finished B side(east side). The ER is stationed in the middle of them. I have also had surgery here and as stated in an earlier review, the process was simple and smooth and easy. All staff was pleasant and friendly and comforting. From surgery to specialist to MRI offices, I have not come across a negative. I recommend this outpatient pavilion for your medical needs.

I recently had surgery at this location and overall was impressed with the entire.process. The building is bright and clean. It is well maintained. The staff is great. very friendly and good senses of humor. That goes a long way when you aren’t feeling good and being in a good mood is positive for the healing. Kudos to whoever handles the staffing. One of the lab technicians felt bad about a mistake in drawing blood causing another needle poke. She was so sweet and felt so bad she didn’t sleep the night after it happened. That shows the level of care and compassion they have. The doctors are great. very professional. The rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. I have been in hospital room bathrooms previously that give just enough room that you have to stand on the toilet to shower. The size is especially convenient for anyone who uses different medical equipment they use to get around. The only thing that keeps me from giving five starts is there is a bit of confusion that resulted in problems with my test, not having all tests done initially, and coming down to the last minute whether surgery was going to proceed forward. This is a good facility for your medical ne3ds. They are expanding and adding more services.
