The store lost my package with Christmas gifts and then blamed it on «corporate» UPS, they have never called with an update on the status.

DISHONEST! We needed printing for our company… I mistakenly emailed the wrong store. Despite me specifically addressing the email to a different store owner… they replied to my requests, completed my print and charged me without ever admitting they were the wrong store! The store owners, Rick and Mary Stanley should rethink their business model!
Lying by omission is still lying. I do not appreciate how this was handled.
There is a great store near 87th and I-435…I highly recommend visiting Simon and his team any day!

Awful!!! I bought a groupon here to print my wedding invites. The guy seemed so nice and showed me a draft copy of them. When I got the final product, all the printing was smeared with shadows. NOT ACCEPTABLE! This place says they print invites all the time and brags about how diverse they are. Do not use them for printing services for anything, ever!
