The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. A coffee grinder that I bought there in late June, stopped working. My husband called and was told to bring it in, and speak to the manager. The following day, I did. The MANAGER was sullen, rude and not accommodating. Instead of helping me solve my problem, she insisted«I had not made my purchase there, that they hadn’t carried that model in a long time AND had never carried it» as well as that it had been poorly maintained. All of this was untrue and very upsetting. I will never set foot in that store again, and I’m sharing my story with all my friends.

A cooking-lover’s dream. This place has everything you could think of for the kitchen/dining/picnicing. I’ve purchased a bunch of items for my own kitchen, and have picked up plenty of unique gifts for others who love cooking. Definitely worth dropping in on if you’re in the area.

I wanted to wow my relatives with my baking skills at a small family gathering, so I stopped in here for inspiration. The store isn’t huge, but they definitely make very good use of all their space. I found so many items that I had previously had to search for online or special order at other shops. There were also a few thoughtfully selected cookbooks and a nice grilling section. After walking through the store for almost 2 hours, filling my basket will all sorts of cooking items I had decided I couldn’t live without, I realized I was no closer to deciding what I was going to make. However, I was definitely more prepared. I have since used several of the items I picked up here to create homemade treats, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases. They have really cute cupcake baking cups that do not need to be put in a cupcake tin and were perfect for my nephew’s birthday party in «Blue Circles.» And I can finally make pies without over-browning the crust thanks to Mrs. Anderson’s 9″ Pie Crust Shield. If I am ever back in the area, I will be sure to stock up on baking supplies here.

We happened to drive by this place while on a road trip and it looked so inviting I suggested(okay, begged) that we pull over. What can I say, I really like to cook. At first I thought it was a restaurant supply store, given its size, but instead it was a remarkably well stocked kitchen store. Like a Williams Sonoma with better prices and better goods(no offense to WS). They had every pan you could think of, and a lot that wouldn’t have occurred to you(popover pan, anyone?). Amongst the more unusual products were 5 or 6 different kinds of sea salt, a huge range of spices and peppercorns, a spice rack shaped like test tubes, a combination whisker/grinder/blender, a pack of food-safe colored markers, every cookie cutter known to man, and one-purpose tools for everything from simultaneously scooping and slicing avocados to splitting mangos while avoiding the seed. Although I was tempted to go crazy, I came away with plastic squeeze bottles — you have no idea how hard they are to find — and sea salt.
