Tried to reach a specific department by phone — nobody bothers to answer their automated line and when they do you are shunted to people who have no connection to why you are calling. Terrible service plain and simple. You are better off shopping at True Value, Ace, etc. Home Depot sends a clear message to me as a customer: we don’t want your business or your money.

still nothing from them they are absolutely the worst rip off i have ever experienced! for the same price i could have got real hardwood floors! you get what you pay for and in this case a 2000 $ floor has cost me 4100 $ i had to throw out the garbage they sold me and buy a new floor from a company who actually kept their word ! home depot stinks, go elsewhere!!!

Home Depot stores are generally horrible but this location is by far worse than you could ever imagine! There is almost never any clerks to cash you out– have fun at the self check out line! Also, the quality of people working here as everyday workers is atrocious! Lazy, stupid, and never a care about actually helping people !!!(Aside a few select good employees). This store is the main reason why I hate ALL home cheapos!

Avoid ordering anything from Home Depot if you have a time critical need for it to arrive or need it anywhere near when they promise it will arrive. This was for a circuit breaker panel that is preventing a critical project from moving forward and due to inspection requirements the entire remainder of the project is on hold because of this. This part was so critical that after placing the order I even called them to make sure that it was available and would ship as promised, and on this and several follow up calls was repeatedly promised that it would. Either through total incompetence or sheer duplicity, they lied about when it would ship, claimed it had shipped(and it hadn’t) promised follow up calls about its status which never happened. Worse than that, they told me it has actually shipped and gave me, only after multiple calls, a tracking number(the tracking information is supposed to appear on the web site, but of course it didn’t). When the alleged part arrived, it was for a minor accessory part, even though their web site claimed the total order was shipped complete. When I called them at first they claimed the complete order had shipped, sent e-mail claiming that, and after waiting over an hour on several calls they finally admitted that the critical part wasn’t even in stock and was back ordered, and wouldn’t ship for over a month. I am convinced their systems are so screwed up they really have no idea what is in stock.(BTW, the web site still claims that the order was shipped complete). When I suggested that they compensate me for the cost difference in my now being forced to buy the part at a local electrical supply house who has it in stock, due to HD’s incompetence, they basically laughed at me. I suggested that an honest and ethical company would«own their admitted mistake» and they repeatedly said they would, which I now understand to mean«we’re sorry» is their definition of owning a mistake. Amazon had the part in stock when I first placed the order with HD(it no longer is) and my only regret is that I simply didn’t order it from Amazon in the first place, I will avoid shipping at HD(either on the web or in person) and its clear that this company is incompetent at best and unethical in its dealings with customers.

bad experience, customer service is terrible. We ordered flooring and has been a complete nightmare to deal with these people. If you can find a good alternative, i’d say get in there as this Home Depot is pretty weak.
