Everytime we go into Walmart day or night they never have what you’re looking for including an associate to help you and when you do they are very rude. A certain assistant manager should help stock the shelves, along with learning some people skills instead of spending her time at Texas Roadhouse drinking

Careful of the fools running this place, the next thing you know you’ll have a charge on your account that you never purchased and ready for the kicker? This was supposed to be a signed purchase. SCARY this time of year.

I’ve never had a good experience there. Today I went in to pick up my prescription, and the Asian Pharmacist named Carol who clearly hates her job, was insensitive and rude.
I see she’s «very» pregnant, ok it causes moodiness, but rolling your eyes directly in front of the customer you are helping (me) is extremely RUDE. Snapping at the customer (me) is uncalled for.
Being a pharmacist requires you to be helpful, considerate, and friendly.
This pharmacist who is probably still upset that she wasn’t accepted to Med school, and as a second career chose to be a pharmacist, should not be hostile about it.
Even so, I may be incorrect about the Med School thing, but having someone who is directly responsible for filling up a pill bottle, that you need on a daily basis, is an important job. If you hate what you do, quit.
If you’re uncomfortable because you’re pregnant and taking it out on your customers, go out on maternity leave.
I actually can’t wait until she does, maybe the much needed time away, will do her good.

I’ve been to quite a few Walmarts, mostly urban ones. Out here in Leominster, we’re in the suburbs at best. And as Walmarts go, this is a good one. The lights were bright, the floors were clean, and the shelves were stocked. I was able to quickly find exactly what I wanted (a gift) and pay for it quickly.
Of course, it’s Boston. So the Walmart «restaurant» is a Dunkin.

My wife and I have had several bad experiences at the leominster Wal-​Mart. I finally think it’s time to post a complaint. The first goes to the cell phone dept. My wife tried to get a new phone on an upgrade. First problem was the lady behind the counter was talking on her cellphone giggling and looked at my wife then turned her back and walked away. When she finally got off the phone and stopped chomping her gum she asks you all set? We said no we’ve been waiting for u to get off phone and not ignore us for ten minutes. My wife then asks if she can get the iPhone 6 plus and without looking the lady says we don’t have any sorry. So I called the store by cell phone and asked if the had any iPhones 6 pluses in stock and a person says yes we have several in two different colors. We left and got the phone somewhere else. The store employees are too rude to even help. This happened again today when my wife tried to cash a check and the girl at the counter rudely said «you mangled it» the check was just issued and had the typical fold in the middle from the envelope. The girl was very rude and rushed because there was a long line. We will never go to that particular Wal-​Mart again. Too many inconsiderate employees and managers.

Every fn time i come here there are lines 40 feet long and even though there are 20 aisles they only have 5 open. Its a multi billion dollar company. Hire some damn people you can fn afford it

Pretty well stocked, clean, but horrible customer service experience. They charged me incorrectly and instead of fixing the problem, they told me I would have to wait 5 – 7 business days for a refund.

Understaffed and those who are there are strangely uninformed. In the last two months we were told by the woman at the electronics section that she could SELL us a cell phone but she couldn’t answer any questions even though they are a T-​Mobile dealer. Customer service informed us they didn’t have the staff for the garden section so they had just locked it up — at 6:30 pm — and no one could open it. Not even an attempt to contact a manager. The most surprising thing about this store though is that the pharmacy staff is just downright nasty most of the time, especially the pharmacists. Two days ago I was informed that I could not be present for the consult with my husband of 19 years even though he is hard of hearing. The pharmacist literally shooed me off. They also regularly call us to let us know that our prescriptions are ready even if they are out of stock so we show up and they have three pills. Be careful too about the cost of your prescription. They have substituted brand names for generics which qualify for their $ 4-​$ 10 costs then charge the full price unless you object and get an override. In short just a very very poorly managed store. My best customer service experience was when I asked someone stocking the shelves for help and he turned out to work for Coca-​Cola. I swear, he paid more attention and was more helpful than just about anyone else in that store.

Always out of stock on the SAME items we attempt to buy week after week. There is never any adjustment for high turnover items at all. Soda water? Bagels? Hot dog rolls? Sliced bread? Don’t plan on ever finding any of these items here. Also inexplicable discontinued stocking of items without anyone being able to explain why. Toasteds Crackers? Gone. One time I wanted to speak with a manager due to the constant issue of bread dough allowed to be sitting days after expiration long enough for it to become slimey. One of the cashiers pointed the manager out and said «just don’t tell her I told you she’s the manager». She was covered in gold jewelery and very aloof. Apparently my issue was of no concern. Also the fear of employees to point out that manager makes me shudder to imagine her managerial style.
All in all a place to avoid. Unless you are considering going into the West Boylston walmart. Then it’s worth driving down 190 two more exits. If it wasn’t for how close it was I wouldn’t ever set foot in here.
Also as a side note, everyday there is some group or individual begging for money at the entrances to this walmart. Not once or twice a week, every single day. So if you like being hit up for money every time you enter or exit a store, this will be heaven on earth for you.

This place is a DUMP. As soon as I walked in today, I felt my skin crawl. The floors barely look like floors; it’s kind of like what you’d expect in a warehouse. The layout is awful and there’s barely a selection, though I didn’t make it through the entire store before I decided to forget it, pay for what I had, and go to the Lunenburg Wal-​Mart instead.
I dealt with one employee while at the service desk to get a money order. The girl who rang me up wasn’t rude necessarily, but she was very jaded. Most of the customers I came across felt like the worst of Fitchburg, which didn’t help with the experience.
I’ve been to this Walmart a few times only because I was in the area, but never again. I’ll never step foot in this place again, but instead will take the extra time to go to one further from wherever I am (or go to another store altogether). I would not suggest this location to anyone.

Dear Walmart,
I found a part on YOUR website for $ 19.99, then checked to see if it is in stock at YOUR store on your website. YOUR website states that it is in stock at YOUR store. When I go to that store, it is 24.99. I then ask for YOUR store to price match YOUR website, I am told that YOUR website, is not YOUR store, and you don’t price match YOUR OWN WEBSITE.
I could go out to my car, pull up your website on my phone, order the part, then wander in and pick it up at the lower price. This action would only encourage you. I will not do that. In fact, I think that it is pretty despicable of you to play this little game. It is like you are taking advantage of people that are not aware that this is going on.
If you have a low price, sell it at that low price.
I am no longer shopping at Walmart.

Don’t go here. Everytime I go, I think, this time they will have what I am looking for. They must. But they never do. The Wal-​mart in Lunenburg is much better.

This is one of the bigger nicer walmats around. It’s clean and well laid out, but they always seem out of stock on the things that you hope they have. Went in for a pool filter today they only had one type, a few weeks ago I went in for a car battery and they only had the a few?! Man you times are rough when Walmart is not fully stocking their shelves.
