Eating AT Grady’s is good. CATERING from Grady’s, a different story. Brisket was not cooked quite right, and was very fatty, almost like they kept the good cuts for the restaurant, plus, no real flavor, no bark! Chicken was salty. with rubbery skin, they seemed to have left it in their brine too long. Sausage was good, sides were also good. Overall, will not use them again for catering, should of payed a little more and used Rudys.

I was so disappointed with the food. It was catered by a pharm. rep. The brisket was tough, chicken was pink, potato salad had no seasoning, cole slaw was GREAT and the peach cobbler stuck together it was so sweet. This just any old barbeque place. I was sorely disappointed because so many people had recommended it.
