I came to this location to order a simple sandwich and was in drive thru for 10 – 15 minutes for only one sandwich, other then that the girl in the drive thru had a bad attitude, i can get better service from a mcdonalds self order machine never coming back to this location.

Worst bill millers in the history of bill millers. Makes a mistake EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If you have to go to this one, check your order before you leave or you will be extremely disappointed when you get home.

Totally annoyed! All I wanted was a family meal with 5 breast and 5 legs… doesn’t seem that hard but apprenetly, Bill Miller’s «Can’t.» Really… CAN’T!!! I was willing to pay extra but nope, they can’t… Makes no sense!!! With 4 chicken places within 2 minutes of them you would think they could or at least try… And it wasn’t because they didn’t have the pieces, but because I could only get 3 breast and 7 legs or 5 breast and 5 wings. I was willing to pay extra… So I left! Call to tell the manager and she didn’t seem to care… her response was, «ok, I will look in to it.» She didn’t even apologizes or try to explain… I guess if the management is that unconcerned about it then the employees CAN’T be expect to worry about customer service either…

This location is horrible! Every time I’ve gone to this location they mess up the order or skimp on the $ 1 extra that I pay for extra meat in the poor boy. I’ve actually vowed never to return but today I was stuck with a craving for bbq and a rain storm. As usual, I went and paid more for extra meat but was given poor boys with even less meat than regular poor boy should have. Sad times…

This place if you have never been here before it looks mediocre on the outside and really nice on the inside which I was quite surprised. However there is more than meets the eye. Going up to order seems like they really couldn’t tell me what was really good to eat so my Fiancé ordered the chicken tenders they had and I got a brisket sandwich. The chicken fingers were not seasoned well at all, and the brisket sandwich I had while it wasn’t bad the barbecue sauce was horrible and flavorless. Also you have to get your own condiments and paper towels I expect that at McDonalds but I guess that is how they dress to impress. I won’t patronize this establishment ever again, I could find other things to spend money on, and for the price you would think it would be a better experience.

THEBESTRANCHDRESSINGONTHEPLANET!!! Did you hear me? They make it from scratch, you cannot buy it in bulk(I have asked) and it’s .50/cup that lasts me about ½ salad — I always stock up for the week. I drive thru this BM’s on Guilbeau and Bandera almost every Tues/Thurs after my workout. I love the salad combos(potato, beef barley soup, or meat) and I always get extra ranch and half and half tea. They usually yell«Norm!» from the window, but I noticed today I have outlived, yet another, window clerk at this location. So be it. Bring on the ranch! TIP: I dunno, get the Italian dressing? NO!!! We get tha what!!!

One star, because that’s the lowest rating possible. I ordered BEEF vegetable soup with the«complimentary rice» on the side so it wouldn’t get soggy by the time I got home. Well, they charge extra for the rice served that way! Any other time they put every single object in separate containers, to the point of excess and ridiculous. I always said if they didn’t waste so much in the doubling of bags, containers, etc, they wouldn’t have to keep raising their prices. And worst of all, I had one, let me repeat, ONE cube of meat smaller than the cubes of potatoes and carrots. Ridiculous! The last time I ate in the dining room, I had to take my brisket plate back to the counter because if the beef brisket wasn’t charred, it was chunks of fat. In a city like San Antonio, there’s never a good reason to give any eating establishment more than one second chance. Despite the convenience of their location, I will not return to this establishment!

Pricey and sausage was mushy the brisket had good taste. The bbq sauce was more like ketchup.

Absolutely the worst bill millers in town. The poor boy sausage was all pieces and ends. Disgusting and old. I will never eat at this location ever again.

There is nothing to stand out about this Bill Miller, except, WHERE’S THEBREAKFASTMENU? Bill Miller is known for its speed on drive through service, breakfast tacos(where served) this place is right on the way to work for 20 — 30,000 people everyday, I don’t want to drive out to Helotes, or left turn under the 410 interchange to get to a bill miller breakfast menu. What I can say about this bill miller is that its convenient location has gotten me there several times to buy«better than supermarket» tater salad, beans and slaw. On occasion meat by the pound.

No, it’s not the best BBQ in town by far but it’s decent, has a nice variety, and comparatively speaking, cheap. You go to Bill Millers for the same reason you go to Mickey D’s, because you’re in a hurry, you’re jonesing for some Q, and you don’t want to spend too much money. You trade quality for convenience and price. That being said, it’s not terrible BBQ but you do get what you pay for. If you’re expecting gourmet Q at a budget price, you’re going to be disappointed. I’d recommend the moist brisket, sausage, and fried chicken. All are pretty good. On the dessert side, they do carry a variety of pies and i like them all. The pecan is delicious and so is the dutch apple. Bill Millers also offers a small condiment and bread bar. They have onions, rolls, and black bread for the taking along with butter. It is what it is.

This location is the worst one. They always forget something in my order. Don’t waste your time at this one, go to the one in Helotes. They have better service there.

Tasty sauce, dry chicken, small portions, ok sides. This is like the Mc D’s of BBQ take out. I was told by several locals that this was an awesome BBQ spot. You’ve got to be kidding me! Ick! I can make better at home. The price wasn’t too bad but I still think I over paid a bit. I only tried two things, brisket and chicken. The chicken was just too dry for my liking. I didn’t like that this spot was a chain. I also didn’t like the fact that their meats are sitting there, under a warmer. It was no surprise that it dried out. I think I paid about $ 10 with a drink. The sides, like I said, weren’t bad. The quarter chicken meal came with 3 sides: cole slaw, potato salad & beans. I didn’t care for the cole slaw. I love mayo-based cole slaw but it wasn’t such. This was a vinegar base. ICK. THe tater salad was not anything special and the beans, I can get better out of a can. No thanks, not ever again.
