Polite employees. A little disappointed that they didn’t have my size in 2 out of 3 shoes that I liked. And then a little irritated that I found some sandals on clearance for $ 19.99 with the 70% sticker, and when they rang it up it was $ 13-something. He gave me some excuse… blah blah blah! Basically he wasn’t going to let me have the deal. So I didn’t get them :/

On our recent trip to San Antonio, I didn’t feel compelled to do much shopping, but decided to stop by here on a whim after we drove by a few times. It is conveniently located right off of the 410 and can be seen from the expressway. Private parking is available and the store entrance is in the rear of the building. I specifically wanted to check out casual men’s footwear for my husband. Unfortunately, they do not carry any shoes above a 14(which is limited) in store. The associate was kind and offered some suggestions and even brought out one pair of shoes, though we werent able to find anything. The store is physically a generous size and carries, shoes for men, women and children. If passing by and looking to browse it might be a good place to visit. If you are looking for something specific, I would recommend just calling ahead and saving your time.

I am a 71 year old white male and a young lady named Yolanda H. provided the BEST shoe shopping experience that I have ever had. She was courteous, patient and extremely helpful in helping this old guy find the right pair of shoes. Many thanks to her.

Ok, I have been a long time fan of Skechers shoes and had never had any major issues with these shoes. Most have been long-wearing, tough and comfortable shoes. I recently got some and they very quickly tore –after only a few weeks of wearing. I didn’t do a lot of walking in these shoes. I am not one to return stuff to stores but it bothered me that these crapped out so quickly so I took them back and asked for a replacement. Of course I had no receipt, no box and they happened to be a model they don’t make anymore. The manager, at least I think she was a manager said the best she could do was 20% off a new pair but I ended up getting another set of discontinued shoes at 70% off but she couldn’t give me any other discount. I’m not surprised but this may be my last pair of Skechers. Seems very easy to lose life-long customer but I think they should have been free especially since they were another discontinued and marked down pair. :(

Excellent Customer Service, and a wide variety to choose from and it is only a plus to buy one pair and get a second from half off, which is an on going sale!

So, everyone needs shoes. Skechers is an affordable place to find them. Should they forget about customer service and the presentation of the store for bargain shoes? On a Saturday afternoon, the major shopping day of the week, we had to track down 2 employees to reach for shoes. The first girl was nice. The second one who had«manager» written on his shirt could barely be bothered. I had to ask for help. He couldn’t say«no, problem!» He says«yea.» Made us wait a few minutes then asked«what did you need»? After he searched on the bottom rack(which we already did– hence needing assistance) he scoffed about getting the ladder. Then he almost hit the customer and a running kid with the ladder. It doesn’t end there! After he gave us the shoes, he just stood there looking at all the trash on the floor and left it there. You could imagine how this«manager» keeps their public restrooms. You know how most places have a restroom sign to leave merchandise outside? Well this place had 15+ boxes taking up most of the bathroom. Guess they had over stock with out any warehouse space. Guess the mop and bucket was lost behind all those boxes because that floor hadn’t been cleaned in what appears to be years. Its a good thing my kids not in diapers. There were huge heavy boxes covering up the changing table. Cheap shoes, cheap management.

I am not the hugest fan of Skechers shoes, but how the heck can you pass up a buy one get one half off sale? I’m still trying to work on that. Anyway, this place is absolutely huge. There are a ton of shoes in here, so even if you’re like me and not a big Skechers person, you will find something you will like. The prices are also ridiculously low, even before taking off the ½ price discount. I would recommend this place for parents shopping for their kids’ shoes, for finding cheap work shoes, or for taking care of a shoe shopping urge. Skechers fits the bill without breaking the bank.

This place is fine if you are not like me. I wear size 13w or 14w. Skechers USA has over 30,000 pairs of shoe(so they say), but only 2 pairs fit me. For weeks now I have been going in and out of this store looking for tennis shoe and causal that would fit me. I was really interested in getting there special pricing of buy one and get one ½ off. But I could never find 2 pairs that fit me. Actually I could never find one pair that fit me. On this trip I did find a pair«No 2 pairs» that I did kinda like. I say kinda cause I really had to make myself like them. Their not my normal colors. but, I could not wait any longer. The shoes I had were already talking to me. Once I did get home I didn’t feel to good about the purchase. I may return them I don’t know. So if you have a normal shoe size you might want to check Skechers USA out, but if you were a Shaq O’neal size 20 or a Paris Hilton size 11. Don’t bother even pulling in the parking lot. Is that bad that I know Paris Hilton’s shoe size?
