Twice I’ve ordered from their website, selecting from the Delivery Dates they had listed. Both times, the deliveries were not made at all on the date requested. If they aren’t open or do not deliver on the dates I requested, WHY were those dates even shown as «available»???
They never answer their phone either. I’ve spent 2 days trying to call their 1 – 888 number and their local 301 number. No answering machine. No pick up. All hours of the day. During their posted business days and hours.
Sent an email about it, they never replied back either. I will not be using their services and won’t be recommending them either.
