…I wish there was one of these in my hometown! I make a point to stop every time I’m visiting my Mom to buy extra spelt bread to store in my freezer. Oh, and the pizzas… OM NOM NOM!

Great bread! I love this place. They have several types of artisan loaves, foccacia and even cookies. The building is small and cute, with a wood fire oven, I believe. Their bread is made without typical commercial yeast — they have an info sheet that describes this further. The sourdough bread has made every sandwich I have made with it excellent. The cookies were tasty, too. They have a website, and you can have the bread shipped to you, or pick it up at a select few shops in the region. A bit pricey if you typically buy cheap bread, but I think it’s worth it.
