Charlotte is an extremely knowledgeable landscape visionary. She responded very quickly when we needed our yard fixed up in order to place it on the market. She had fantastic ideas on what to remove, add, cut back and make the small yard look beautiful! She and her crew were also able to repair a waterfall pond that stopped working a week after we bought the place 10 years ago. She and her team worked very quickly to complete the work and her pricing was very competitive. I would definitely recommend her. She did an excellent job of keeping us posted on progress with videos and photos (this is a second home for us).

In my many years of working with gardeners, I had never met one that knew much about plants until I met Charlotte Gresham. She helped me immensely when my yard needed a makeover by creating a lovely and inviting outdoor space with plants that enhanced the location. Her knowledge base includes landscape design, irrigation systems, as well as care and information about plants that thrive in San Diego County. The review written by Rebecca is not accurate; Gresham knows much about controlling insects and using insects in the garden. She is communicative about her knowledge, which I greatly appreciated.

Charlotte and her crew went out of their way to create a beautifully landscaped yard for me so that my house would sell quickly. She replaced the tired old plants, revitalized the lawn, trimmed bushes, and fixed the ailing and broken irrigation system. The landscaping went from sad to WOW curb appeal that enabled the outside of my house to match in the inside. House sold in a week. I highly recommend Charlotte! And she can help with low-water, sustainable re-designs, too.

I wish I could write Negative 2 stars. I will say the Charla or Charlotte lady who answers the phone is totally unaccomodating and rude. Basically tries to force you into a weekly contract despite what you actual needs are. Very negative about insects and does not understand the desire to maintain a green friendly environment with the helpful insects versus the non, they just want to kill them all. I recommend if you are green. Go elsewhere
