Dunkin’ Donuts

Why do I keep coming back? Must be that I am a masochist of the nth degree. The lady is friendly enough but she does have this horrible habit of taking the order of the next person in line while the previous customer is still conducting his or her transaction. Generally, they have a terrible selection of donuts and the coffee is always off. I love DD coffee and this place does not do justice to the sweet, sweet nectar of New England. The store is clean, and everyone who works there appears to practice excellent food safety but the coffee is never prepared correctly, no matter how many times I repeat myself. And yet, I will be there again on Saturday, to get my coffee since it is stupidly convenient.

Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin donuts and I go here a few times a week. They hardly ever get the order correct and it’s very hard to communicate with the staff. Today the two people in front of me had both been to the drive-​through and gotten items they didn’t want. One was charged for a sandwich that he didn’t order. I ordered bagels this morning and instead of having them put cream cheese on each one I asked for the cream cheese on the side. They charged me an extra four dollars for the cream cheese for four bagels. No matter how many times they ask you what you want in your coffee you get what they give you and it’s hardly ever correct. Very poor way to do business.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service, always gets my order wrong and pushes you out the door before you realize how rude they actually were. Never going back again.

This is one of the nicer Dunkin Donuts. With alot of room inside, with a nice size drive thru in the parking lot as a alittle strip mall of stores.
One of my stops once in awile for breakfast or cup of coffee!
The people that work hear are nice, the coffee is always hit and the food is as well.
Not much more to say then it’s Dunkin Donuts. And we all live on Dunkin.
