Dunkin’ Donuts

This is the newest dunkin in the area. They have a good design but with the ongoing construction on Bristol Pike aka Route 13 is a true pain in the rear getting in & out. Some decade it will be done but in the meantime we must suffer to pass through the area. It was an illconceived plan from the start and countless people will be hurt since the jughandles were removed. So be very carefull going to this location.

I come here often, sometimes they’re perfectly fine but this is now the second time that I actually came into the store and behind the counter was a total mess. The biggest problem though was it is also the second time II ordered a «wake up wrap» and it had ice crystals in it (It is precooked and all they had to do was heat it up.)Not only is that a health code violation i’m sure, it is gross and unpleasant. The two guys behind behind the counter looked at me like I had three heads when I seemed annoyed by the frozen meat and eggs. It reminded me of an Arabic version of Bevis and Butthead, the episode where they worked at a fast food joint. In that episode (pretty much the only one I remember) they served «French Flies» and when the customer complained they said «customers suck». This is what was going on at this DD.
Perhaps they think that because of our wacky American custom of drinking iced coffee on a hot day that we also like some frosty eggs and bacon. This was not the case, not for me at least, as I take it hot 10 out of 10 times. The generous two stars is because of the fact that they are generally mediocre just as most DD’s which is the most you can expect at this franchise, though some of the stores are better than others. I will say the store in Madison New Jersey is the best I have been to as of yet.

Terrible service and food. I have been going there for 3 months but I am done. Ordered a drive thru muffin this morning. It was as hard as a rock, 4 – 5 days stale, and topped with some hair. Several times, I ask for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and I never get it toasted. Not even warmed up. This place is horrible! I am done with DD. Better off going to Wawa for breakfast. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but this app requires at least it.

This location is perpetually low on their inventory. Not kidding. Today, they were out of all bagels (at 1 pm, too!) and muffins, which is not ideal for well, a bakery, albeit a chain one. Last week, they ran out of munchkins. I really think that they should reexamine their inventory stock replenishment system so that they are not constantly running out. It’s surprising, too, because I have never seen them very busy, even during the peak breakfast and lunch hours.
